Pizza Hut poor service

My name is George Johnson on June 11th 2016 my son, wife, and I came into Pizza Hut in Everett Washington, address 429 128th St sew to have two stuff crust pizzas. One was pepperoni and the other was a meat lovers. When we got our cheese six they were burnt, then the pizza came which in addition to looking unappetising had hardly any cheese in the crust. Looking at the pizza all you really saw was just the sauce. I wanted to take my son out to eat so he could have a nice meal before going into surgery for tumor removal. Pizza Hut bad attitude towards customers

Just unacceptable...
I phoned pizza hut to order three pizzas and this woman picks up the phone with a dirty attitude. These things usually happen to all things so I just let it slip but the fact that when I went to receive the pizza she said I ordered four pizzas... I clearly said three and I feel like she is ripping me off. Also she doesn't talk to her customers like she should be. Even worse was that the fourth pizza was not even cooked properly. It had less cheese and the bread wasn't cooked. Overall very disappointed in pizza hut and hopefully better customer service next time - _-

Pizza Hut poor service / delivery issues

On 04/02/2016, my co-worker and I decided to order a few items from Pizza hut for dinner while on the night shift. We had previously order the night before for a small get-together at work and everything was fine spending at least $40 so we decided to give it another try. I made an on line order at 2025 for a total of $19.01 the website stated that I would receive my order by 2105, we waited patiently and after 2125 I decided to call and inquire about my order. At that time I was informed the driver had gotten into an accident and my order was returned to the store. I never received a call about the incident, I had to inquire about it. At that time the employee apologized and said it was being re-made and would be there soon. After about another 35 minutes I called back and was told the driver was about to leave. The store is approx. 10 minutes away from my job and we did not receive our order until 2230, the meal was cold it was not hot as I was told it was being re-made. No discount, no items to appease us for the extensive delay, or no word from the manager. I would have expected half off my order at that time, but now I would just like a full refund since I did not enjoy the meal at all, because the wings had to be reheated in the microwave and became hard after cooling down and the meaty pasta could not go into the microwave due to the metal pan.

We waited 50 minutes for a pizza. When it came it was totally burnt. We asked for the manager but she wouldn't come and talk to us.. When we went to pay the manager waited on us. She did NOT ask us how the pizza was. Instead she gave us a $5 discount for a totally burnt pizza. She did NOT thank us or apologize, What kind of service is this? Maybe you should hire older people who might have common sense.

I placed on May 12 at 4:58 pm for two pizzas and dessert. Was told delivery would be at 5:50pm, which is long enough. After totalling order, the employee told me my order would be delivered at 6:30pm . I asked why. She said she didn't know when s he did final processing that was the time that came up / on screen for delivery. Then she said they must be short on drivers.

I should have been told this first before my card was charged . I'm done. After this order is delivered, no more and I am telling my friends and family.

Pizza Hut pizza and manager bad experience

Ordered two pizzas cheese pepperoni and bacon got one strip shared between two pizzas
two weeks earlier same thing two pizzas one strip of bacon so this time we called the Churchill Square in St.john's Newfoundland Pizza Hut where we bought the pizza and the manager working gave my daughter the run around telling her come back and let him see the pizzas and my daughter said if she went back it would have been another wait on our supper and at her expense another drive both ways.
He said nothing, he wanted to see the pizzas and her reply was you could have at least apologized this is second time this happened in a row, he replied I would have gotten to it.

Pizza Hut service

On March 17, 2016 at 5:22 pm I placed on online order to Pizza Hut at 8254 Abrams Rd Dallas, TX 75231 for a large pepperoni pizza to be delivered to me. After my order was placed a worker from Pizza Hut called me on their personal cell phone and told me that the area in which I live in they will not deliver and to call back to come pick up my order or they will send me a refund. This was an inconvenience for me and if delivery was not an option for my area I should have not been able to select it online when placing my order. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my money to be returned to me

Pizza Hut pizza order

Ordered a pizza online from: 10945 State Bridge Rd., #502
Alpharetta, GA 30022, [protected] at 6:30 PM on 03/13/2016. Feeling very hungry at 7:45PM I called the franchise and was told my order was canceled since my card was declined. I asked why they didn't call me for another card. They told me they don't follow up on orders online. I will never order pizza again from pizza hut as I now know that for some odd reason I may not be aware ok I will never get my order and will never be informed of its status or possible issue. It seems they are not in business to sell pizza's...

Pizza Hut delivery

I pre-ordered Chicken Alfredo and bone out wings. Estimated time given was 11:45 am. I called (12:16) and spoke with the manager (Robert) and informed him of my delivery. He stated that the delivery driver just left with my order. I felt like I should have been compensated for the inconvenience. He then acted as if he could not hear my concern. I just hung up.
I see why this particular restaurant only has 1 star. Evidently I am not the only customer that is displeased with the lack of customer service at this restaurant.

Pizza Hut pizza

I contacted pizza hut online at 2:00 Sunday 2/07/2016 and placed an order. They referred me to the store located at 2601 Highway 80. The order was for
5:00 Pm. I hadn't received my pizza by 8:00 so I sent my brother to check on it
since i had called 21 times but couldn't get through to talk to anybody.
When he got to the store he found out that they hadn't even started on it yet. It is now 9:14 and my brother is still in the store waiting for my order.

Pizza Hut payment not received online!!!

My complaint is that my order wasn't repeated back to me I detest diet coke and recievd 3 bottles. If my order was repeated to me since we had trouble processing my balance on the internet received something I didn't want... Not one supervisor called and apologized about the situation are issue at hand a c/o worker did. I'm grateful and appreciate it but from six until 07:39pm just getting an order that was deleted out there system since my card didn't go threw on the internet. Unprofessional not one call from management apologizing about anything. Placing a call to the store they let the phone ring off the hook. No way to run any company hire more divers, employee's and fix the system allowing payment over the internet if your waiting hours for food. I'm one upset customer and want to tell your employee decline my order take you food back. But she was professional and kept apologizing now I have three diet coke I didn't want. Thank pizza hut for your service

Pizza Hut referring to the post-what's going on in my store

I forgot to add to the post What's going on In my work place that I am the spouse of the employee that wrote that post & that I just wanted her/his problems heard & hopefully resolved A.S.A.P. I don't want him/her getting fired because of that post when they have no clue I wrote it for them to try to help her/him an other employees problems resolved in the right promptly manner. There are some things I forgot to talk about like the schedule going up at the last minute. It spoce to go up on Thursday's by 5 p.m but doesn't go up intill some time sunday. I'm not going to start listing things I just hope some one investigates all the problems that are accruing. Thank you for your time.

I work at Pizza Hut and work as a delivery driver and a shift manager. What you were referring to in your other post is the duties of a delivery driver, which if your spouse read the driver handbook that was provided to him then he'd understand his duties include prep work, dishes, cleaning. And as far as requesting a day off just because you request a day off doesn't mean they are going to give it to you. These are simple things, honestly he is doing what is required of his job if he doesn't like it he may want to look for another one.

Pizza Hut what's going on in my store

Hi I am a Employee for pizza hut. My 1st day there I was shown the basic things on how to do a order on their computer by a manager of this store. Well he/she only showed me 1 time on how to take a order & let me practice doing it for about 15-20 mins then put me on the phone with a customer after words. Witch I was fine with doing Well for one I was a little nervous because it was my 1st day & New to everything an the manager of that store was standing over me while I took this customers order. Every time I would mess up he/she would say something distracting me from what the customer on the phone was trying to tell me & it was already loud in the store an a quiet Talking customer I was on the phone with. After getting off the phone with the customer the manager yelled at me saying why we're u having problems taking that customers order most new Employees do better than you were doing. My response was it was a little hard to hear the customer, you were standing right over me making me more nervous than I previously was telling me what I was doing wrong & you only showed me one time on how to take a order maybe 30 mins ago at most and this is the 1st time I've ever taken a order before. "This manager was the one that trained me to take a customers order 30 mins ago" so he/she knew it was my 1st day & 1st time taking some ones order. I was hired as a delivery driver I wasn't aware I would be answering phones & doing other things in the store like collecting & doing dishes then putting them away on a shelf dripping wet, preping food for the next days orders this consists of things like making sauces spraying pans with oil & putting dough on that pan an spraying the edges of the dough with oil "45 pans of them" putting a box of chicken in little plastic bags with 8 in each bag. So that's about 120-150 plastic bags of chicken u have to do. Spraying pans with oil & putting bread sticks in them & spraying the bread sticks with oil. " u have to do 15-20 pans. Then u have to tag all the items & put them in the walk in freezer. Well for one the place is to small to do all of these things. There's 1 little area for washing dishes that has 2 sinks & one little dish washer that's like 2/12-3 feet long by 2/12-3 feet wide an 3-4 feet tall that can only take 1tray at a time an it takes about 4-5 mins to wash so when the loads done u have to walk around the corner an put them away "on a 10-12 feet long & 10 feet high shelve that has 3 shelved on it thats not big enough for all the dishes to be put on" an when u come back your still waiting for the next load to complete before doing another one. They expect you to do these things when you don't have a delivery to do witch is either you don't have anytime to do because your busy delivering pizzas or you have time because it's either slow that day or they have to many drivers that day. They either have to many drivers working or not enough of them working when they need them. We have a set amount of time to deliver the food. Most of the time the delivery is about 3-10 mins away but some are 15 mins away at most. Well a lot of the time we have to do 2 deliverys on a run. They give us 23 mins to do the deliverys witch is impossible a good amount of the time because of traffic or where the 2 customers are located from each other so we have to speed an break laws to try to not have a bad drive time. They don't take in account of traffic or weather or that some customers are slower than others to answer there door to pay you or that the 2 customers are spread so far apart it's not possible to be back in 23 mins cause the drive from the store to the 1st customer we will say is 9 mins away then the next customer is 10 mins from the last customer then your 10 mins from the store an had to wait 2-4 mins at each customers house or had to wait for the gate to open to get to the customers house cause they didn't give it to us or the customer isn't answering there phone so u can get there gate code from them. The company keeps every one part time with an average of 15-23 hrs a week to avoid over time or having to give employees benefits. If u do go over on hours witch happens quite a bit because you have to do your prep before you can get off of work they make it look like you worked on your day off so they don't have to pay you for over time & try to make you sign a paper saying you did. On my check it says overtime but it still says my hourly rate witch is $8.25 an hour. They also have favorite employees they like & help out or give them more hours than others or work them more often an the employees they don't like they get very few hours an work on the slow or worse days to work On or work them on the morning shifts. If you request a day off in advance they will tell you yes but when it comes time for the day you requested off they will schedule you to work & when u remind them about that day u requested off they say tuff luck your scheduled to work that day. They try to hire young teen aged school kids because they don't know the laws or won't stand up for their selves. The managers bully people around to do things & employees are scared to say something because they don't want to looze there job. They put people on equipment that they don't know how to run like the fryer or cutting table, phones, making station ectra. They sometimes store food improperly or leave food out or prepare food without clean hands or items or improperly cook food. They promise delivery times that can't be met. The head manager of the store Terry is very rude an mean to his customers & even worse towards his employees. It's his way or no way. Don't like it go some where else & order or work. Please some one look into this store in Las Vegas Nevada about the things I talked about. I know there's things that I forgot to talk about but these things need to be addressed A.S.A.P Before someone gets hurt, sick or even worse killed. Thank you for your time & I hope this matter gets solved soon before it gets worse or lawyers get involved witch I have heard talk about happening from a few employees about a few other inappropriate comments or things that have happened at work & some of these things I talked about on here today.

Pizza Hut poor management

Oh I was hired and lied to at the Tallassee Alabama location so I do not want to work for people who lie. I was told I would start at $8 and I trained 6 hours at minimum. Then they wanted me to come in on a game day when there is no business and make $3 I was never told that I would make that. I was only paid for 3 hours not 6. Manager and shift manager was rude to guest as well. I was not trained in all my years of working to talk to customers like they are dogs. I wouldn't work for that manager if I was starving and living in a box!

Pizza Hut customer service

We ordered a pepperoni pizza online, when we got there to pick it up they said we ordered a mushroom and chicken pizza. We explained that we did not order that they responded by oh well there's nothing we can do because it was ordered online. If wanted pepperoni we would have to order and pay for another one. First off they were rude and could careless about making the customer happy. Second why would we order chicken and mushroom when NO ONE in my family eats that! We will not be back there, we don't have money to throw away but it cost us almost 40.00 for a large pepperoni pizza. Just Ridiculous!

Pizza Hut pizza

Perhaps Pizza Hut has changed it's pizza in which case we will not be returning. We've been using Pizza Hut as our favorite pizzeria for decades. Indeed, when we spring for a pizza there's never been another choice for us. We ordered our usual carry-out last night: Large meat lovers/thin crust with extra cheese. Additional - bread stix with (2) sauces. This pizza was awful It was similar to one we sampled from their new "artisan line" which we found to be very skimpy on the toppings and a chunky tomato sauce and dried out cardboard-like crust. Last night's "regular" pizza was more of the same. Simply awful crust, certainly n extra cheese and maybe 6 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pie. Terrible. Crust was so full of large air pockets it crumbled upon taking a bite. Horrible. $24 bucks for our "meal" (included a 2-liter Pepsi which was fine) was like throwing a $20 bill in the garbage. Additionally, I was told pizza would be ready in 30 min. I was there for the pick-up in 22 min. Pizza was already sitting out on counter (not in warming oven) and very cold by the time I brought it home. Not happy.

Pizza Hut rude waitress

I was at Pizza Hut with a few of my work friends. We went to the lunch buffet. The waitress there was so rude and we could hear her all the way in the dining area screaming at the other staff that were there and slamming dishes around and swearing at people. She needs to be terminated. I'll never go to the lunch buffet again. Especially if that waitress Hannah is working. The worst service and server I have ever had in my 42 years on this earth. She is deeply disturbed. I hope the owner of this particular store sees this and takes my advice and terminates her.

I totally agree. My daughter and I are regulars at the lunch buffet at the Pizza Hut in Danville, WV. We went there like we always do and the waitress on duty did not greet us or seat us. So, we sat ourselves and want and tracked her(Hanna) down. We told her what drinks we wanted and that we were going to have the buffet. We always enjoy the salad bar. Only the salad bar needed more lettuce. So my daughter asked her to put some more lettuce out whenever she had time. Well, 10 minutes go by and we don't have our drinks, silverware, or nothing. So my daughter goes up to find her again and graciously asked her for drinks and silverware. She did bring our drinks, but they were the wrong kind! We told her they were wrong and reminded her about the lettuce and she slammed her tray down and said, "Is there anything else that you b%$&*es would like to b#$%& about to-f*@#ing-day?" We were shocked. We just walked out. It's not like she had put our orders in for the buffet and drinks anyway. We did inform someone that we were leaving. This waitress needs to be fired. If she doesn't like her job she needs to be relieved of having it. We really enjoyed going there usually. It wasn't that busy. That is what we cannot understand. We would like to request that if the management doesn't fire her, please just put her on the schedule for times that are not day shift. She really doesn't need to interact with any people either. I hope that the district manager and the owner of this establishment read this and execute the proper punishment to her. Hopefully she will not be there the next time we go! Fingers crossed!

Pizza Hut favortism/unfair schedules

I work at a Rage Pizza Hut in West Virginia. I have been there almost a year. When I first was hired, I was told this one girl was supposed to train me. When I worked my first shift with her, all she done was verbally abuse everyone around her including the shift manager! I was told that she worked the bad shifts for months and she had earned every day shift throughout the week every week. She still gets scheduled for those shifts and I have kids in school and I would like to have a few day shifts a week. It should be fair and alternated I think. Nobody says anything to this girl because she is the district managers friend. What should I do? I have already asked about day shift and they just say that they'll see what they can do.

Pizza Hut delivery service

The Pizza Hut in Banning, CA has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. They do not deliver what you order most of the time and when you call to complain, they lie to you and say that they tried to call. They have the correct phone number and I have not received any calls. I have tried severe undertipping as well as complaining and they still continue to run their business as if they are the important ones and not the customer. The delivery guy was late to work according to the lady on the phone and yet when he arrived a half hour late, he blamed them. This all happened today January 1, 2016 and my New Year's resolution is to never order from Pizza Hut again. How can anyone run a business this way?

Pizza Hut poor service and staff

Hi This is regarding my visit to Pizza Hut in Lamcy Plaza on 21st December 2015. We ordered pizzas and they took the order. We waited for about 45 minutes after taht and then inquired about our Order. There were many other costumers with the same problem as ours. They said they have a problem in their oven and the staff were not aware of the problem. Then we got thick crust pizzas instead of thin and the staff said they had given our pizza to someone and totally we waited for about one and hours for just one pizza. Hope pizza hut will kindly make sure this does not occur to any other costumer in the future.

Pizza Hut not impressed

21/12/2015 so I ordered a pizza online, to be delivered, and about 1pm said it should only take 25 minutes be here 1.25pm, at 2.45 I decided to ring and ask them how long it would take for the pizza to be delivered, and the lady on the phone said that they had just opened and that they don't deliver until after 4pm. I respect that, but please put it on your website. I'm glad I was paying in cash, because I would be very upset if it was credit card. She asked if I wanted a delivery after 4, but I decided to go to Domino's instead. Not impressed
