On April 3, 2007, Mike Davis, owner of Pitbull Motorcycles in Orlando, Florida cashed our check for $42k. This money was to have a custom motorcycle built. Mike Davis stated that it would take approximately six weeks to complete the bike once the frame was received.

After many months of lies and broken promises, here we sit, eighteen months later with nothing but a useless title. Yes, you read it correctly... we never got the bike. Pitbull Motorcycles is now out of business. However, they are still advertising as being in business on their website as well as on myspace. The guy has to make a living, you know. :/

I am now kicking myself in the rear for playing the 'nice guy' role and giving him the benefit of the doubt each time he told me another lie. All this did was delay the chances of me getting the product or my money back as there are SEVERAL current civil suits against Mike Davis/Pitbull Motorcycles.

Mike Davis is an educated and conniving human being. He tells you exactly what you want to hear. No matter how mad you are at him, he will turn things completely around with his silver tongue and will have you believing him when the conversation ends. I don't know how this man sleeps at night.

We had to hire a private investigator to track him down and serve our summons because Mike Davis hid from the process servers for two months. Our private investigator sniffed him out in 5 hours and served his sorry behind. Mike Davis has 20 days to respond to the complaint in writing. We'll see if he does.

Check the public records for yourself. Go to the Orange County Comptroller's website and the Orange County Clerk's website. Several open cases exist.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!
