My family and I wanted to take family photos so we went to Picture Me Studios at our local Wal-Mart, we used this studio before with no problem. When we arrived the girl was on the phone, she didn't even say I'll be a minute just ignored us like we weren't even there. I went over to a Wal-Mart associate to see if we could talk to a manager, the lady said that was the studio manager, her name was Crystal. If that was the studio manager how does the company expect to make any money there, we left and went to the studio on Nelson rd. and got very good service and got the largest package they sell. For there own sake they need to find a new studio manager that girl doesn't give the company a good name.
