PickUpFlowers.com Order not delivered

I ordered some flower for delivery on HK Mother's Day (9th May 2021) from Pickedup Flowers. I only ordered from them as they said on my order that the flowers can be delivered on 9th May 2021.

However, it is now 11th May 2021, and my mother in HK still has not received her flower! Not only did my mother not received the flower on time as promised, she needed to wait around the whole day on 9th May for nothing.
I then used the chat platform to check status of delivery, I was told that it will be delivered on 10th May. My mother waited at home all day only to learn that there is also no delivery!

There has been no communication, no apologies from Pickup Flowers. Very bad service all round! I regretted not searching for reviews before ordering from them.

PickUpFlowers.com flower delivery

I ordered flowers to be delivered internationally on 19 October 2019. The flowers were not delivered, so I contacted them via live chat a few times. They said they were chasing the flower company and would get back to me. They never got back to me. I asked for a refund and they said it was delivered on 18 October 2019 at 11am, however I DID NOT PLACE THE ORDER UNTIL 18 October 2019 at 1pm so it is LIES. The delivery address has cameras, and there is proof of no delivery. I have requested a refund, but they are not giving me one. Terrible service, SCAM.

PickUpFlowers.com failure to deliver flowers on contracted date/notify recipient of arrival

I have already sent this complaint to Pickupflowers.com customer services (email sent 29 August from Jane.[protected]@ncl.ac.uk) and I have had no response. I sent the complaint below after receiving multiple unrequested 'special offers' from a company which has given me appalling service; offers which I take as a complete insult.

I order a bouquet of flowers on 26th June to be sent to my daughter in law in Zurich on 27th June (order no [protected]) - I have just checked my order, and it said it would be delivered the next day. I phoned my son in Zurich a day or two later to ask whether the bouquet had arrived (it was to celebrate a prestigious competition that my daughter in law had won) and he said there was not sign of it.

Well over a week later than 27th June (and I think it may have been up to 2 weeks later) I heard from my daughter in law saying that she had just been notified of the arrival of the flowers. When she collected them she was aware that it must have been a lovely bouquet, but that it was ‘pretty much dried out'. Perhaps your company does not know how to send text messages to mobile phones, or perhaps you begrudge the cost?

I was away on holiday when it became apparent that your service had failed abysmally, and when I returned I had to deal with a major health crisis with my other son (which is still ongoing). Since I have now received what for me is an insulting "15% off " offer trying to get me to order from you again, I am at last putting in a complaint.

Please refund me the total cost of my order.

And please make sure sure that you NEVER send me any more of your offers…

PickUpFlowers.com non delivery of order

I placed on order to be delivered to Penang on Saturday 20 April. It is now three days later and the flowers have not been delivered.
I have sent three emails. I have been on online chat, for two days. I am told that you are looking into to the issue but can't contact the supplier.
I am leaving Penang in two days so no longer want the flowers. I wanted them on Saturday.
I have asked for a refund, but am being ignored. All I get is we will contact you in 24 hours. I can get flowers delivered on the same day if you did deliver the flowers today I would have accepted the mistake..now it is unacceptable and I want a full refund.

Never ever again I have ordered flowers to be delivered all over the world..to hotels and even trains and boats and never had an issue. Pickup Flowers did not deliver and do not care. I have been chasing for two days and can not even phone as all their phone numbers are out of service

I have ordered flower on this site before a week itself.
None of the contacted after 2 weeks also and not delivered.
When i contacted customer care for refund, no proper response.

Please do not waste your money, patience getting into this site and ordering product.

PickUpFlowers.com flowers delivery

On 4 Feb 2018, I ordered flowers and paid for it for nearly $100. The arrangement I expected was something that was based on their website - a basket full of pastel colored roses with hardly any leaves visible. I wanted it delivered on the 7th of Feb, and it arrived at the very end of the day, almost after the occassion where it is needed, and worse - the flowers delivered were so different from what was in the website. There were very few roses in the bouquet, no basket and they were only wrapped in colored paper. The cost of the flower delivered could have easily been merely $10, and looking like they were off from the street vendors of Manila! Check out the photos I posted below.

PickUpFlowers.com Worst flower delivery service

I can explain why I think they are the worst of similar services. Because they don't deliver.
I ordered a very beautiful bouquet for my sister 8 days before her birthday. They had a lot of time to get prepared. But they did nothing and It's annoying. Annoying - I spent my money on this, irritating - I wasted my time. And the worst part is that my sister didn't get her flowers.
No wonder this service has such a bad rating and so many bad reviews. It's based on their customers' treatment.

PickUpFlowers.com This company is awful

don't make my mistakes and always read the reviews BEFORE ordering something from any company, not AFTER like I did and regretted it.
I don't recommend this company to anyone at all.
They confused addresses for some reasons and sent my flowers to a random person. Tried to contact their customer service. Absolutely nothing. The silence.
Stay away from these people who run their business in a strange way. I'm afraid my money was stolen. I hope someone will answer me eventually.

PickUpFlowers.com flower delivery

The customer service was terrible. They called the recipient (a professional contact of ours) at 4am to confirm her address. When I complained, they said they had to do it to ensure it would be delivered on time (even though the order was placed days in advance) and said if they hadn't they would've had to charge us double for delayed delivery. Then the customer service rep ('James Ladd') closed the chat without responding to my last message, as well as shutting off the chat option on the website.
I would never use them again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

PickUpFlowers.com Ordered flowers

I bought flowers from Pickupflowers and that was a surprise for my wife. But unfortunately flowers did not shop up.
I called Pickupflowers and they said they had to cancel my order because of some errors. Then I asked about my money and they said that there was nothing to worry about and promised I'll get a full refund.
Several days later I received a message where it was said that Pickupflowers did not owe me anything. I have no idea what that message was, because I did not receive my money back and Pickupflowers stopped replying.

PickUpFlowers.com Bad flower delivery service

I have ordered a basket from www.pickupflowers.com and paid some extra for fast delivery. When my order did not show up I contacted them and they claimed that was impossible and promised to find out what happened. Later they contacted me and even apologized and said that I'll get my basket soon and also a refund for all the trouble they caused. Of course I did not believe them, because that was too good to be true.
And as a result I did not receive anything at all and they simply stopped answering. These people are nothing but scam artists and they are not to be trusted. Do not order flowers from PickupFlowers!

PickUpFlowers.com Flowers delivery service

I ordered the flowers for our client. My order number is [protected].
We have payed 109.95 euro for flowers with fast delivery for 10.03.2017.

Result:
- The flowers had not been delivered
- They took extra payment for fast delivery, and lied about the date of delivery. They didn't do it on 10.03.2017, as we payed for
- They appologised me, but not the recepient for delay only after my writting them
- I asked them for 7 times (!) to call me on skype, so that we could discussed what to do, they ignored my problem and did not.
- I have the problem with my client (recepient) now: she did not received the flowers on 10.03.2017. And now can receive the flowers only on 13. 03.2017 till 9:30 in Cannes. She is completely dissapointed with flower delivery and I asked the company for 7 times (!) at list call her and make excuse and then arrange the date of delivery on 13.03.2017, 9:30 and do it as is comfortable for her and they in Pickupflowers: just say "sure we will", "i escalated" and do nothing (!)
It is the most awful company I ever communicated with.

I need them to call her as soon as possible, and need flowers to be delivered.
I also think they have to refund the money as it is the most awful service I ever met.

If they dont call her as soon as possible and deliver flowers on 13. 03.2017 till 9:30 we will have real problems with a client. Even refund of money will not close the problems that we receive because of company pickupflowers.com

Nobody, never buy flowers there in pickupflowers.com.

PickUpFlowers.com No delivery

I wanted to send flower to my gf in phuket. So I ordered a flower 4 days before of valentines day on this website.
They accepted order, then I waited until that day.

On valentines day, I asked my girlfriend but it was evening time, she still didn't get anything. So i checked my order via live chat.

After 1 hour, connected, then i asked about my order. Customer service said, because of too many orders, they cancelled my order.

They cancelled my order on last day evening time without asking me. So I could not buy from another shop.

It is something like cheating. Not about money. Even refund, now it is too late for everthing.

My husband ordered flowers for me for our anniversary. They were never delivered. The company claims they tried to deliver but as we were not home it wasn't their fault and no refund would be provided.
I contacted customer care through live chat and was told that they would give a refund. Next day we got an e mail Saying - sorry- we won't get a refund.
Contacted them again- they said they would give a refund. No refund received yet. Tried contacting them again and the live chat keeps getting disconnected. I believe they are disconnecting me. PickUpFlowers.com Flower and chocolate delivery

The order for delivering flowers were placed on 30th October 2016. And the initial delivery date was confirmed as 01st November 2016. But they could not deliver it on 01st November and confirmed to deliver it by 03rd November.
But after this, even untill 07th November, the delivery is not completed. and when ever i try to followup on there live chat or phone, they just put me on hold for 15 minutes or more and never respond back untill i loose my patience and disconnect.
I dont see any interest from pickupflowers.com to complete this order. and they dont respond back if they are able to do this or not.
I am getting a suspecision that they are carrying out a fraud scam of taking money from customers and not delivery anything on purpose.
My order numbers are [protected] & [protected].

I have already lost all my patience by doing followups with them. They have already destroyed the emotions of placing this order. And they have disregarded my sentiments.
I want these guys to be punished as severe as possible so that they dont do these scams and also to make sure they dont ruin the special occasions of common people.

I purchased 6 pinks roses with greens for Valentines Day, they contact me today through email telling me they regret to inform me they can only send 3 roses because of short supply, The problem is I paid for 6 roses, and I want 6 roses, or a refund. I can only hope they deliver the 3 roses on 2/14/2017. Because they don't offer a equal replacement, or a refund. They just tell you, this is what you are getting like it or not regardless of what you purchased, or how much you spend.! WARNING! YOU WILL BE UPSET, IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered some flowers from PickUpFlowers for my wife and flowers were completely dead when they finally arrived! Contacted customer care and demanded my money back. They said that they don't do refunds and promised the send another bouquet. Well, seemed like a great deal, but flower did not arrive and I heard nothing from them again! Very bad company to deal with! Just a waste of money!

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day from PickUpFlowers website. I knew that many people will order, and I wanted to be sure my flowers will be delivered on time, so I ordered in advance. Flowers never arrived. And they had the nerve to send a delivery confirmation email saying flowers have been delivered! I contacted their customer service and demanded my money back. They refused to refund me and called me a liar. Stay away from them! Absolute fraud!

I ordered for 2/14/2017 and they contact me they are out of the flowers, and want to replace with half the amount of roses I ordered, No offer of refund on price difference, really upset, I only hope they deliver something at this point, and there customer service will answer you very short, one or two words after waiting several minutes, You wont get any help with short answers, two word response

PickUpFlowers.com Totally disappointed!

I've ordered some flowers from PickUpFlowers in advance for the Valentine's day. On the Valentine's day flowers never showed up. I contacted their customer service many times and never received a response. Nothing was ever delivered! So I asked them to cancel my order and asked for a refund. But after reading all the previous reviews, I doubt that I'll never get my money back. I still have hope and I won't give up that easily.

PickUpFlowers.com did not deliver my flowers for international delivery

On 12/14/2015, I ordered a dozen red roses from this company via their Internet site. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on 12/15/2015. The flowers were never delivered. I tried to contact the business number listed, and someone would quickly hang up the phone. My credit card company also tried to call the business number. They were not successful in making contact either. I also tried live chat assistance on their website. That was unsuccessful as well. Do not order flowers from this company. It is a fraud.

PickUpFlowers.com Delivered late to wrong address

I ordered flowers on Tuesday 15th September to be delivered on Thursday 17th to Germany. These flowers were delivered on Monday 21st - the company added to the address and sent them to a school not the address specified. They had the recipients phone number & didn't contact her. I emaied and used Facebook to contact the company everyday since Thursday... No one gives a straight answer & I have been refused a refund. UK Customer services do not answer the phone at any time. I have had 12 emails saying they will investigate... 3 clearly stating they will have an answer qithin 24 hours... I have received NO answer.
DO NOT USE this company they provide a terrible service and their customer service is appauling.
