PHONE BOOKING AND SUPPLY OF LPG

1. I am from Kolkata, West Bengal, India, every time i tried for LPG Booking over Telephone the distributor puts off the receiver from the morning onwards, I am an old man and also a senior citizen, it is quit hazardous and troublesome to me to go to the distributor Office. The name of the Distributor is P L GAS SERVICE, Code- 99161876, Category-OP, Address- Lake Pally, PO. Boral, PS. Sonarpur, 24 PGS(S), Kolkata, West Bengal.
2. Moreover most of the time it takes long long time for the Delivery of the LPG, as a result the customers were helpless but to collect the LPG by paying extra bucks to the Gas Man and this extra money might be distributed within the entire PL Gas Service company. Who will take the requisite action ?
