Very disatisfied!
Took my cat in, (Finally). To have a bath, nails cut, and haircut.
I dropped him off @ 11:00 am and was told he'll be done at 3pm.
I went back in and they told me they weren't done and that he'll be
Done after 330pm..
When I brought him home I noticed that they didn't do what
I wanted them to do. I wanted a complete haircut. They just shaved
His butt. I wanted all his under belly shaved and all his hair shaved.
I even specifically suggested they shave all the way down his legs to his calfs,
But that wasn't done that way.
Also, my cat is very hard to put in his kennel, so I cancelled several times in the past.
When I made this appointment they told me if I had to cancel again I wouldn't be
Able to make any more appointments...
"i'm the customer and feel I was treated rudely!"
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
