Dear Sir,

I am bringing the notice to all customer who move around outer ring road in DElhi, A dealer of IOC in Prashant Vihar at the outer ring road had employees who fools the customer in billing by hiding the price counter, or try to divert the focus of customer from the meter, or do some setting in the electronic counter to fools the customer. I also want the suggestion to how to book/catch this petrol pump.
