PetCareRx & Shopper Discounts & Rewards

Posted: 2009-06-25 by   Fredrick J. Shearin
Scam
Complaint Rating: 100 % with 1 votes
Company information:
Shearin Farm
Sanford, North Carolina
United States

On June 21, 2009 I placed an order with PetCareRx and was offered a $10 rebate on my next purchase. I accepted the rebate to later discover that PetCareRx had allowed Shopper Discounts & Rewards access to my credit card information and Shopper Discounts & Rewards had enrolled me in a $12.00 per month plan to be charged and deducted from my credit card forever if I had failed to notice. This SCAM is a joint effort to RIPOFF CUSTOMERS of not only PetCareRx but many others. BEWARE OF ANY OFFER OF A REBATE ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE !!!

even worse then the complaint above. This company has another scam also. They charge your CC 12.00 and then charge again using another front company called Reservation Rewards. They are the same company, just hit you twice. They are a rip off company and I'll be putting the word out at ever scam site possible. I've already submitted a fraud report through my bank and now it is off to the BBB.

Mary if you read this, quit your job and work for a real company. You are like the PR person at ENRON shouting "no we are not crooks" Yes you are!

I've been buying Frontline Plus and my inside cat, still has fleas. I put a dose on him on Aug. 26, and then again today, September 20 and there are visible fleas on him. My vet says you don't sell the real stuff and so it will not kill any fleas. If this is so, I'd like a refund. I buy the 3 doses to a pack . He is 9 years old and does not need to be eaten alive with fleas.

Mary at Consumer Affairs...

Is it important enough to you that our "concerns are addressed and issues resolved" that you'll start refunding the money your company has stolen? Feel free to post links to refund requests as a response...

I tried to be smart by reading all of the complaints and adverse reviews of this company before placing an order with them. Then to give the company the benefit of the doubt I emailed them with some typical questions about my concerns. I could NOT get so much as one straight answer!!! Their prices are also MUCH HIGHER than many other sites!!! Be Smart!!! BEWARE!!! Shop around and don't get ripped off!!! Get straight answers or go elsewhere!!!
