Worked for these Jerks for almost 2 years. One month I have one of the best cancel retention rates in the company, and I always treat my customers with respect. Got fired for not making enough sales. First of all from an employee's stand point, good luck gettting called before service. Second, the guy who replaced me has ZERO expierence and no clue what he is doing! And Finally, you must avoid this company because if you don't they will call you 24/7 and try to sell you some mediocre service that you don't want! Please if you have pest issues contact a smaller company, avoid the these guys. You will get poor service, you will be treated like a number and you will still have bugs!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Florida Residents: DO NOT deal with PestBear under any circumstances. They will give you services that do not work, charge your credit card without authorization, call your workplace, and lie about conversations and promises that were made by their employees. THEY ARE A BAD BAD company...DO NOT use them!
