I was promised by the CSR that I would not be billed anything after the free trail. I informed the CSR that I was having computer trouble and unable to utilize my e-mail. I mailed back the product and a notarized letter which was received and signed off by a Patricia Terry. I was billed $89.99 unauthorized! Beware all!
