I ordered a trial size bottle of Acai berry capsules. There were 10 capsules in the bottle for $4.87. I received it on Sep.08, 2008. And on the same day $79.76 was deducted from my debit card account. I call the number on my bank statement, the company's, but only got a recording giving me a web site. I received another bottle of 60 capsules on Sep.11, 2008 . I did not order it and I haven't tried the trial bottle. I need a refund.

The same thing happen again ...
I ordered a trial size bottle of Acai berry capsules. There were 10 capsules in the bottle for $4.87. I received it on July 2008. And on August 2008 $79.76 was charged to my credit card account. I call the number on my credit card statement, the company's, but only got a recording giving me a web site. On the website I emailed stating to STOP the order. But I received another bottle of 60 capsules on Sep.17, 2008 again charged to my credit card. I did not order it I need a refund for 2 months of capsules I didn't order.

My husband ordered the trial size bottle also for me to try. I asked him if there was a catch to it and he said it was only where you tried the pills and paid shipping and handling, there were no terms of buying any pills after wards. We just got charged 79 dollars and some change for 30 capsules which is a two week supply and we did not even order it. Trying to get a refund but from alot of other blogs and stuff I read, alot people are having trouble getting in touch with the company, I am calling my bank to have them block any future charges from them. I am also going to report them to the BBB. It just stinks that there are so many people out there that have gotten scammed. So we need to put a stop to it once and for all.

We appreciate forums such as Complaints Board that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product.  We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive.  We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration.  We recognize we are not perfect, but we are always seeking perfection.
