unprofessional and unethical. Supplied maid that steal things and use the chance not to honour the one free replacement in 6 months contract. We reported to the police and the maid was issued a warning letter that no 2nd chance will be given if she's caught again. The agency Ms Aliah expect employer not to report to the police for theft, brazenly WhatsApp you that they dont want to know anything about the theft and they fully supported their maid's action. We were dumbfounded! Overall they will not support employer if employer run into troubles with their maid once you've spent on their agency fee. Stay away from this ageny at all means, look for other better agency

Avoid at all costs! Service was prompt before you sign agreement to hire maid but once fees paid, forever late in delivering and bad servicing. Late in reply (days till weeks!), late in bringing in maid. Delay in response when we hv issues on the maid and always pushing responsibilities & blame to employers. Bad attitude after money paid & Ic is an Indonesian-turn- Singaporean who is dishonest. She covered up some bio-data of the maid who eventually gave us problem but agent never bother to resolve in time and persuaded us not to trf as it wild affect her company's ratings. Eventually we had to send the maid back with 2 months loan still outstanding but agent refused to refund us as she claimed the Indo maid refused to pay up after return to Indo. Prior to that she try to push another trf maid (been turf twice in 5 mths) as replacement but luckily we didn't take in, as the story told by the maid & agent are different! I I took another fresh maid fm another country from this agent as she knew she's at fault so offer me replacement. I no longer trust Indonesian after these bad experience with the agent & FDW. With this new maid the agent knew she's at fault & I was very displease with her so she went MIA & avoid me & only get her staff to contact me. Once again, all followup & bringing maid is ... late, much later than promised duration. Now I don't bother to listen to their nonsense.

Within 1 month, we changed 2 maids with time. 1st maid in a period of 14 days, asked to go back to agency twice. Piss off send her back immediately after 2nd request.
Initially want for a full refund but took up a replacement maid from them by paying another transfer fee.
2nd maid, came and reluctant to take proper meal (only a complete meal a day) how to work without enough foods and water! After MOM advise, we sent her back to agency again and this time, asked for full refund and give up hope on this agency. Staff there is really unpossfessional and not able to solve the problem. Have asked to meet the owner multiple times and was told by staff he is away and not in office. Piss off again!
After further consideration, went to small claim tribunals to lodge a complaint and claim. Hope can get back full refund after the hearing.
We really Want to progress further to report this agency to relevant department who can investigate them and check on their professionalism of their duty as an agent. To us, they work towards getting their maids to transfer around to make more money. E.g. Employer paid when they sign up a transfer maid and The Maid will been charged another 2 months of salary as service for their transfer to another employer. Blood sucker...
Hopefully the relevant department can give a good judgement on this agency and cancel off their agency registration business.

My case with this agency is even worst than all of you above. Can anyone tell me, how is the result after taking the action to MOM or CASE.

Even the change of agents in the company, they worked on the same "sop"!
After we have paid the agency fees, for subsequent replacement, they would throw bio datas on the table for u to choose, as if we are the strays waiting for food.
When will MOM step in to help us?
Govt has helped us on increasing transportation fees, how about the maid agency fees?

There are various channels which we can file our complaints. 1) Informing CASE 2) file a magistrate complaint ( under private prosecution ) 3) Informing police, MOM and The Public Guardian 4) Small Claims Tribunal for amount less than $10k. Hope the information is useful.

Maids from Perfect Team Maid Agency can't speak proper English. Hence communication is a big problem. It will be difficult to seek help in case of emergency.

Perfect Team Agency was not apologetic over their negligence act of a fatal incident. The agent told me that there is no manager in their agency and she can manage. My advice is better avoid this agency.

i am also a victim of this agency. . offer lousy maids, then when pursuing for a refund that never came back... still waiting... i really cannot believe AEAS can still accreditate such agency even after so many complaints? come on, really... wake up!
i am going to Small Claims Tribunals and make a big case out of this... else this will always happen to anybody...

Here's an idea, get off your lazy ### and do your own housework instead of hiring a maid, you'll save money and save yourself from being ripped off. Sheesh...

My story is the same as everyone else at this maid agency with up to six branches - Perfect Te*m Maid Agency Pte Ltd (handled by Katong Branch staff called Ka*turi) ... maid profile states fair English, arrives late after repeated chasing, cannot speak or understand any English at all, maid returned to agency after messing up the place, and I'm told I lose one month of her salary from the loan and all the agency service fees.

I asked for balance of the salary loan to be refunded but ignored by the staff over 10 different occasions ... MOM says they don't handle any dispute or dishonesty; AEAS which "accreditates" the agency says pay S$50 before I handle your dispute. 3 months passes and still no refund of this huge $3000+ sum despite making many requests to them. On many occasions, they just left the telephone on the table after taking my call, to go on do something else, ignoring what I was saying. They told me to call the police or MOM and they know full well that none of these two public agencies will handle "private disputes". Can you believe this is allowed to happen in Singapore?

This agency has got six branches island-wide - imagine the harm they brought to many people's lives and pockets if this fraudulent pattern gets repeated ... and they lose nothing because they resell the maid to another employer, making money from them again and also from the maid for the transfer. Some call this rip off and day light robbery, yet they get away with it from the authorities. Be aware everyone! Heed the people's advice above to save yourself from unspeakable headaches! And stop them if you can.

It will be good if you guys can state who you are liaising with or else, its hard to justify how true your feedback is.

No wonder Doris was pushing me to sign contracts today, without even explaining what they were for! Ridiculous... She kept saying, "Just sign first, just sign first".. So glad I told her off, saying I'm absolutely not gonna put my signature anywhere unless I know what it's for. And in the end, since she kept pushing, I insist on dwelling on it for a few days. Wah, she so in a hurry ask me pay for the agency fees of almost $900, she think what... 90cent is it? Luckily I came across this website. Not going back!

I feel totally ripped off

Perfect Team Maid Agency is by far the worst agency ever! All your comments and complaints above seem to be exactly like my experience. I dealt with the bukit timah brances, both - one on 1st floor with michelle & one on 2nd floor with doris. The people are horrid, rude, act like they're doing a favor on you by even looking at you. They keep complimenting a particular maid, teling you she's best suited for you etc etc ... later when things dont work out - they refuse to refund you the money and dont respond to your emails or phone calls. If you do manage to track them down - they keep you delayed for months for loan money! I have finally gotten my loan amt back after 2 months and I swear, I never want to see the faces of these unprofessional, disgusting women! Gosh! What a nightmare dealing with them!

I'm got lots of complaint with this company as well I would like to specific it was Gek Poh branch it's a One man show lOts of delays worse its was run by a fillipino thousands of excuse for delay my maid is already with me for 2 months and I have yet to receive the passport and permit frOm them, I received letter from the mom saying that it is ready for collection, when I call the agency she ask me to
Ignore the letter and say their runner has collected just that he is not free to bring to the agency what the f***!

Having the same problem with this agency. Lots of delay and lies and end up giving you maids that is lousy and cant speak english. When you want to return the maid, they said below 1 mth, you must pay for the maid's 1 mth salary. Its the worst maid agency in Singapore.

Just wanted to share on perfect team agency too. I paid a deposit of $150 to 'reserve' a maid. But eventually decided not to take the maid the next day. I called to ask for refund. It has been more than a month and despite chasing, I still haven't gotten my refund. They kept giving excuses- accounts staff on leave, accounts staff is new etc. Every time i call them, they will keep extending the date of refund. And they never return my calls or emails! I don't know if I will ever get my refund! Avoid dealing with this agency!
