Please be careful of the broker you invest your money with
I encourage anyone who needs the service of recovering their lost money to contact Mr Eddie Wilfred . I chose to invest in cryptocurrencies and unfortunately, I lost all of my crypto to another investor. The person who was meant to manage my account turned out to be an impostor the entire time. It was a disheartening experience, to say the least. I invested a significant sum of 306,000 USD, and initially, everything appeared promising with good reading and profit margins. However, when I attempted to withdraw, I couldn't and that's when I discovered that I could no longer contact my supposed account manager. It was then that I became very concerned. Pepperstone does not put trades through to real exchanges. They just keep all the clients money and wait for the client to lose so no drama. But winning clients find the trading platform going crazy and not at all anywhere near real prices. Phantom trades being done by pepperstone which result in forced loss. Then when you want to get your money out what is left, they refuse to let it go and keep it ALL for them selves. Then they won't let you talk or email them for they close your account. They are not regulated, like all asic partners. Asic is not a regulator, they do no audits, they don't go to court for anyone. Is all ASIC can do is palm you off to a complaint site like this in which only diligent traders can try and make a judgement.

tried both forex and binary options, got scammed real bad, over 42k in total. my savings gone! they disappeared and stopped responding after knowing my intention to withdraw my funds. it was funny how everyone acted in the same manner. First they try to convince you to invest more, then when they see its not working they ask for stupid dumb documents and after you send this they start wasting your time until eventually they disappear. I was lucky to have stumbled on binaryoptionassetrecovery, com, very professional team who helped me get back almost all of my investment back. well i got more than 90% back and that felt like all my money back to me. No withdrawals
I just raised a complaint at ASIC about them: they "forget" to process the withdrawal of my investment with no contact/explanation: stealing the money and using them basically. They don't answer e-mails about it. It's way past due term.

They must according to their terms and conditions process withdrawals by credit card within 1-2 business days.
They don't process withdrawals within this period (so far in my case the withdrawal was not processed at all) without providing any information to the customer/investors after several follow ups by mail/online chat.
No answer to e-mails and the operator just pretends "the financial department left for the day".
The broker keeps and uses investors deposits without their consent long after the investor requested to withdraw the deposits, not responding to any inquires anymore.
While in my case there isn't a large amount of money involved the risk is significant as their business practices is keeping/using investors money without investors consent and no contact made/no justification provided. "
