Little SoB got me too. Paid him $2200 via PayPal and he uploaded a website that had database errors all over it.

I complained to PayPal and said it was an unauthorized transaction, as PP won't help you at ALL if you complain about the product as it's intangible. PP rejected my claim so I have contacted my credit card company who have refunded me my money.

PLEASE contact your bank/credit card company and tell them you did not authorize the transaction!

He got us too. Paid him $4000 plus for a buggy site and a promise of an 4.5 million eblast that brought nothing put Romanian hackers. He blames the bugs on us and know we can't reach him. Where is this guy now. Does anyone recommend a new service we can switch to before our site shuts down?

100% accurate - William Buckell, Buckelli, or whatever his name really is - he is a CROOK, a SCAMMER and he will ROB you! I am appalled at this subjects lack of professionalism. He is a total manipulator, con artist and if this "so called" Penny Auction Guru - does not on his own accord, handle his business appropriately very very quickly - the walls are going to come crashing in around this ole chap. I'll be continuing to add to these posts and will show all documentaions - there is a lot - he won't be able to squirm his way out of this one with his manipulations and con man ways. Stay Tuned...

Secondly, Yes, the issue of ebay was due to this:

I met Buckdesigns on ebay and he invited me to chat via skype. After explaining what I want and requesting that he adjusts the ebay listing, he conned me into using paypal, stating that I will be 'covered'. Being my first site, I did not know that paypal does not cover services. After 2 months when I saw the work is not delivered, I tried to purchase it from ebay, and show the paypal receipt as proof. However, it was too late.

Thirdly, why would a person pay $1500 to 'rip off' a company? I am the one who paid, so in what way am I commtiing fraud? pennyauctiondesignteam are stealing the money from me.

All of these comments are from a Nigerian that tried to rip off penny auction design team by the name of Ismail Mossa with the Ebay account Honestguy2013 his account was suspended for trying to fraud our company out with spoof emails claiming he had paid for his product when he had infact not. Now he is going around posting fake comments when we refused to give him free hosting ( he expected that we should give him a VPS server rental for life for free and run his business for him ) We terminated his site license due to his attempted fraud of our company as per our terms and conditions.

I just bought a script from him, and on learning that the license is invalid, I wrote to him and the team of Buckdesigns to give me the correct license. However, after over 30 emails, I got no response. Thus, I was ripped off and sold a stolen script with no license.

Yes, so I contacted this guy Williams (has many names: buckelldesigns, Buckdesigns, or one of his so called company names :pennyauctiondesignteam.com, hostinggroupie.com, http://www.galaxyscriptz.com

I intended to buy a script from him, get him to edit and customize it, do the SEO etc, give me hosting and domain, install it and promote it. He promised to do all these within 10 days, and said that he will work on weekends to get it done before May 2013. He promised that I will be earn through the site by 20th May 2013. Before signing up with him, I sent him a link of the complains on this site, and he told me they have been resolved, and I should read Terrys review etc. I fell for this, and signed up with him, only to burn my fingers. As yet, the only thing he gave me was a script full of bugs, and has not even installed it. Thus, today being 14 June 2013, please do not trust these guys and fall for reviews which they write themselves. I was deceived by this william (buckdesigns) and told that the complaints against him are false. Please dont let him deceive you. I lost $1500, if you have money to loose, then you can let him try to convince you that all these are false. Yes, after two months, come write your complaint here, , when you see that he will delete you from skype, ignore your emails, and not give you anything.

Apparantly, with all this stolen money, he is working on a new project (as he told me). We hope that he looses more money with this project, and trust that he will not succeed. We also hope that he does not come with a new name and steal from many more.

Was ripped off by these canooks twice. Don't fall for their song and dance. Paid for software, which never worked due to security issues and bugs never addressed. Likewise, source code never provided so bugs could actually be addressed by real professionals. Always given the run around. In the end, software was obtained, just to find out these schmucks were selling nothing more than the same freeware found all over the net, with their name plastered all over it as if it was their creation. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these shysters at all costs!

@Munail ...my name is Terry mulqueen, i have been PennyAuctionDesignTeam customer from last 2 years... they have done 3 of my projects so far and i can vouch for them...i feel like your doing this on purpose as these guys do not joke around with work... they have provided me with Full support, Design team has shown me updated work at every stage ... I highly recommend these guys for any type of work...they have always delivered right on time!
