Pendraig Siberian Cats - Dawn Luttrall Campbell review: Theft 1

I was trying to purchase a cat from this woman. She cut off all communication with me the minute she got my money. After finally threatening to report her to everyone, she responded to me and offered me a partial refund. I got a million stories as to why I had not heard from her. I told her if she wanted to continue business with me I wanted 3-5 CLEAR picture of the kitten, along with a clear bill of health from a vet. I was told things like "I usually send many photos and had sent several to you but I am not sure which made it through or what wa going on", "I sent you several clear and lovely photos". When I told her she could have easily sent them again, or sent me one via text message from her phone, she ignored me (as per usual with her). After much back and forth, she finally offered me a "partial" refund of $800. She said she would send me a "refund agreement" via email, yet I have never received one. I just want my $800 so I can move on from her. She knows my phone number, she knows my address. She could send me something!
