I ordered a free sample Acai Berry tablets. The sample was received as was a continued monthly supply to the tune of 74.00/month. I can not cancel on the Internet.

I am having trouble trying to cancel the shipments from Performance Health, L.L.C. I have returned the product and it comes right back to me.There is no phone number or email address to contact these people.I have had to go to my bank to cancel the automatic with drawal from my account each month.
I would like to file a complaint if I could.
