Call the Phoenix Arizona Police and tell them your situation and fill out a report. That is what I did. No promise you;ll get your money back but that is where they are based out of.

PDCustserv.com is continuing to take money out of my cheecking account. I have NOT given them permission to do so. On several occassions these drafts caused my account to have NSF fees. How can I stop them? I am sick of this. They should be put out of business. How can they continue to operate legally?
I just got off the phone with this company after being hung up on twice and put on hold for more that 30-minutes 6 times. They basiclly said they will only refund the money if I file a fraud claim with my local police dept. They say that I had to of authorized this information because only I would have known all my information, trying to either put blame on me or ID Theft. I called the PX PD and they said this would actually be an FBI case. I will update after I speak with the FBI
