$7.81 was not authorized by me to be debited from my account. I called 866-886-2103 and spoke to Ms. Farrah who informed me that this was a non-refundable debit. I did not give authorization for any internet company to debit my account. I have a confirmation number (#2481787) for no more debits to be withdrawn from my account, but I want my money ($7.81) returned to my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold - indefinitely.
