Tried contacting this company to get my money back but to no avail. They have you hanging on the phone with repeating music and advertisement. I want my money back for four months totally $27.12. They continue to take money from my check account every month. I did not order and not sure how they got my information. I want them to stop taking money from my account! ASAP!

i do not know where they got my information from. one way or another they will refund my money to my account or threy will be taken to small claims court, once i find out where they are they will be hearing from my lawyer. so take this as your final notice stop all actions on my account or face the rath of my lawyer when i find you, and i do not mean stop for two or three months and then try agian, you are to stop any and all transactions aginst my account for good.

I had a disclosed amount of money taken out of my account from PDCustServ.com. I have e-mailed there customer serv dept and have not had any response. I have called and it does is ring and ring and I don' t get a answer. How do people or companies get your information, how can they just take money out of your account. ITS CRAZY and I am very angry that this can even happen. Is anyone safe anymore?

This company takes money from your credit card and you have no good reason why when you call the credit card company they tell you to discontinue your card but that is a flux why should I have to discontinue my card for 1 foul company and it is a fact that this company rips you off and cannot give you a reason or for this matter even answer the phone... This company has been reported to the better business bureau but in the meantime all that has been taken by this company should get thier money back.

Why does our federal government allow this rip off artist to continue to do business, do you have the information how I can start one of these in one months time I could be living in the islands protected and live off the rip off money I never have to return.

I am beyond anger. They just drafted my account for the third time this morning. the other two times they overdrafted me costing me $56.00. Cant anyone do anything to these people. I even contacted the BBB and they didnt do crap. somebody give me an answer for this, i am filing a fraud complaint with my credit union after lunch since their customer service dept hung up on me again.

Call your state Attorney general, fill out a police report with your local police, make a dispute at your bank, close your account, and then fill out a report with the phoenix police by calling 602-262-7626. That is what I have done, but no luck with getting my money back yet.

I totally agree with the complaints and this company. It has deducted out of my account four times already. When I call for them to give me a refund, of course, I am on hold listening to music and people so called good stories about their company. This is not right and totally unfair to consumers. Some of us are already having financial matters then we have to get ripped off by these people who continually take money from our bank accounts. I want something to be done about this.I am going to my bank in the morning to see what else can be done about this matter.I hope that everyone who has experienced this from this company get a solution to this matter...
