They took money from my account without my permission or my knowing of it until I went to the bank and found out the I owed fees in a large amount. I live on a fixed income and not I am without things I need due to the wrong doing.

TWICE IN THE LAST TWO DAYS I HAVE SPOTTED TRANSACTIONS TO MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT, BOTH RESULTING IN NSF CHARGES. THESE WERE WITHOUT MY PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OR AUTHORIZATION. I LIVE ON A VERY TIGHT, SQUEAKY BUDGET AND THIS WAS MOST DEFINITELY NOT APPRECIATED.

Turn to your bank. If you cannot get a hold of the company especially and you never gave them your acct # to debit. Most times the bank will reccommend closing the acct out due to this company somehow having your acct #. I know closing an acct and opening a replacement is not something many want to do but it prevents them from debiting or attempting to and you assessing fees again. As far as getting the money back, that would be a matter to discuss with your bank because most times when you never provided you acct # and get debited by a company, that is fraud.
