Unauthorized charge on debit card. No auto-pay agreement in place.
I've been trying to find out if I've not received one or two shipments from pcs coins. I have received several notices of payment not received, only to find the payment had been made in timely manner. The customer service representatives, almost impossible to understand, could not help to find a solution and have me waiting for callbacks. Unfortunately I was forced to cancel the two collections I had invested in. I think they should reimburse me.

Recent coin order... Double billed!
I just reached out to pcs coins to find out where my coin was. I hadn't rcvd shipment info or any other info telling me when to expect it. They finally got back to me saying the order would be shipped out later this week. A minute later, I got another email from my cc company saying I was billed, again! I email them back as this was a massive inconvenience as it overdrew a dc I don't keep much money on for security purposes, and get a form email back... So, no help. I'd avoid this outfit. They seem two-bit and disorganized, to say the least.

catalog order
I ordered an "uncirculated" collection of Morgan silver dollars. When the first one arrived I noticed it was packaged in a hard plastic case that said PCS. Wary, I waited for the next which when arrived it obviously had been used and just rewrapped in their package. I decided to cancel the order and contacted the customer service rep. This was the rudest person I've ever talked to. Very unprofessional, aggressive and abrupt. I asked how much I owed and to please cancel the rest. I received a bill for the full amount of the collection. I called again and was told the billing had not yet caught up and to wait. The next month, same thing. Run away from these people. You don't know what you're really getting, the prices are outrageous and the customer service is the worst! they have no moral principals on honesty and are looking to get their hooks in your wallet.
walking liberty half dollar
I ordered a single silver $.50 piece from them as a gift but somehow this ended up being a subscription. I cannot find anywhere on their website stating this is a subscription. I do not know how to stop these from being charged to me. I do not want to pay shipping back to them for something I feel I did not sign up for and do not want to get anymore.

unauthorized deduction on checking account:
While reviewing my banking accounts, realized that an unauthorized deduction was taken off of my ATM Card, of Wells Fargo, in the amount of $26.93. In addition to that unauthorized deduction, I found unauthorized deduction on June 12, 2019 and on May 12, 2019.
I will be forwarding this information the fraud division at Wells Fargo.
I am demand the amount of $80.79 be refunded with a check, and or a credit to my ATM Account.
I checked my bank account and saw an unauthorized transaction with HISTUSCOIN#NORW for $16.05. I did not recognize the company or the transaction. That was in May, I checked in April and they took $16.95. I want my money back.
billing for unwanted subscription and coins I never received.
I ordered a single silver $.50 piece from them, for about double its value. I knew that, but wanted that year, for my mom. There was, and still is, absolutely nothing on their website stating this is a subscription. About a month later, I saw a charge pending on my credit card from them, so I called. The lady said it was for my next shipment. I told her I didn't want a subscription that I never signed up for, and she said she'd cancel it. Now, almost two months later, I received a paper bill for the shipment, that had been cancelled, and I hadn't received. I called and told them how dishonest they are. They claim it's really cancelled, now. I guess we'll see.
Avoid these scam artists. Very, very dishonest.
fake unwanted coins
I got these coins in the mail and I never asked for them, they tricked me into trying to pay them. but they are not able to charge me now. Please look into this company and get them into trouble, they never charged me & I don't want anyone to give in to these scams, they send you the Coins in the mail, which I never requested, and expect me to pay for it
I certainly would not pay for coins they sent you!
product and bill sent for something that was never ordered
Today in the mail I received a package from PCS in Norwalk Connecticut . I have not opened the envelope but can tell that it has some kind of coins in it and can see through the window address envelope that there is a bill for $21. I never ordered this and am reading the complaints online about this company shipping coins ... stamps... etcetera that people never ordered. I want to return this and am looking for a prepaid return address label since it is something that I never ordered. Please respond .
Thank you

u.s. coins of the 19th century
My father is 84 years old and is now receiving coins he didn't order along with an invoice to pay two $26 payments per month. I researched the value of the first coin, which ranges from $9 to $24. The total cost charged by PCS Coins and Stamps is $52, with a set of 15 coins to be sent.
When the Shipping and Delivery cost is included, ALL of the coins are sold at prices about twice the market value.
This is a ripoff that targets senior citizens in particular, constituting Elder Abuse.
Same here.
I'm going to file a lawsuit.

I got suckered into a couple of subscriptions. Then a couple of shipments didn't arrive and I got the runaround from "customer service." I started to check the value of some of the coins I received and found their prices to overinflated by at least 200-300%. These is a ripoff operation and I will never have anything to do with them again.
overpriced ripoff
Don't get taken in by this company. I just paid $65.00 for a coin that was worth $9.00 (shame on me). Their adds are misleading and deceptive. They make you think you are paying for a set of coins, but the fine print is a per coin cost. Their "smells like roses" deals really stink! The whole set would have cost me over $800.00 with an estimated real value of $100 to $150. Don't get suckered in like I did.
pricing
Pcs pricing is completely unethical & deceptive, their $100.00 gold coin sells for $2500.00 when you can get it from the us mint for $1740.00! Not only this coin but all their coins are outragously priced!
Also, most of their coins are not graded and in poor condition; they use the pharse "in gently circulated condition", misleading to say the least!
Pcs coins & stamps needs to be investigated for fraud by unethical & deceptive practices!
Check out their price's & compare them to other companies like "hsn & csn tv", and you will see the difference between honest/fair and fraudulent!
receiving coins without ordering.
Last year I received half dollars in the mail that I never asked for, ordered, requested or wanted. I finally paid the bill last month because Kristi Patterson, PCS Stamps and Coins said that my information would go to a collection agency. I do not want anything effecting my credit rating.
When I mailed the payment I included I included a strongly worded letter that stated that I would never do business with PCS and that I never wanted contact with them ever again.
I just received 2 more half dollars for $ 83.90. They completely disregarded my letter. I will be 64 years old in a few months.
What should I do?

You have the legal right to DISPUTE the charge. DO NOT PAY FOR THE CHARGE, you want to put it in writing that you are disputing the debt and wish them to discontinue any further communication with you. You can refer to the "Fair Debt Collections Act' and the 'Fair Debt Reporting Act' for further instructions.

Thomas Jefferson coin
I have received many letters requesting $31.95 for a Thomas Jefferson Coin. I haven't purchased any coins. And why Thomas Jefferson ? He was a slave master. I certainly wouldn't want his likeness in my possession. This is truly a scam, they turned me over to MBI, Inc. a collection agency . For something I don't even know about. How did they get my information, my name and address?
PCS = SCAM. I got a letter from them wanting $36.99 for The Benjamin Franklin collection. I don't have any Ben, Frank in my collection. How did they get my info? SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
20 years of worthless junk!!!!
Upon the passing of my wife of 25 years there's hundreds of what I deem worthless stamps al in a mailer with a postcard inside that is addressed to her on the postcard is a voided stamp. I'm positive a voided postmarked stamp is worthless. Holiday weekend so I can't call them...I wouldn't want to be the person on the other end of the line on Tuesday when I get through to them they are going to be deeply insulted. One of a number of so called limited edition collectable sales businesses, all friggen crooks!
Fake Account/Scammers
Today, 10/8/15, I received a "Termination" letter and a past due amount from "PCS Stamps & Coins 47 Richards Avenue Norwalk, Connecticut 06857". I called, and since I wasn't in a good mood, went off on the C/S mgr. After a lengthy talk over the contents of the envelope; she came to the realization that it is NOT from them but scammers are using their drop box for "other purposes" NOT connected with PCS. No account number, order number or offer number corresponds to their company even though the inserts "appear" to be theirs. This is the 2nd such letter from them and she requested both envelopes with the contents sent to her for review. As I have found out so far; there have been 4 such scams that have been stopped by myself. I have begun to check EVERY return address Before I even open these things up; and have notified 3 small Family run businesses and the town commissioner of Delray Beach Florida about these. All 4 of their addresses were being used as a DROP POINT for scams and have since been stopped with one being pursued by their local police. If you have ANY thought about this being a scam. return the ENTIRE contents of the envelope and the Original Main envelope to PCS for further review. Luckily, in my case, it is Them being scammed because I dcided to push the issue and have found someone there who is willing to proceed on their own behalf to end this Illegal use of THEIR address.
