I play pch lotto scratch cards every day. I have played over 150 and not one win. I played 8 cards yesterday and 8 cards today. One of the cards I scratched off today, the game pieces was in the same place as the game pieces of yesterdays card.

PCH absolutely pays the people that win. The cards/contests are from an automated system and just the luck of the draw. Stinks that you didn't win but I know other people who have won gift cards and cash. PCH is closely followed by attorney generals and lawyers and they are very careful about being completely lawful and following contest rules extremely carefully.
