You need to go into your personal info on pch and change your country. It has happened to me before and for some reason if you have computer problems it messes with alot of personal info. Check it out it's a easy fix you can do yourself

why do PCH games shutdown so much. it has happened three times in two hours and it seems to happened for 3 or 4 months.

When I attempt to change my cookies, (someone/some persons did something to my ability to properly play 3-Point Shoot-Out) I am unable to play my favorite games; 3-Point Shoot-Out, Word Search and Crossword. I am not computer savvy at all. I am using a HP Pavilion dv-1450 us Notebook PC--Windows 7, I believe. Every time I play 3-Point Shoot-Out, a host of interferences? occur; such as, slowing the movement of the basket, a visible horizontal/vertical line appears when I shoot the ball, the ball will spit out of basket when I shoot it, a don't enter icon will occasionally appear, which prevents me from shooting (can't even pick the ball up). There are a few other interruptions also, but these are the most problematic, at this time. It is obvious that someone/some persons don't want me playing nor doing well in this game. I had read somewhere that only the host can do these things, but I would not be surprised if some savvy hacker or some knowledgeable computer geek is doing these things. It's very frustating and sad. Oh, also when I try to leave a 5-word comment in the game, it dissapears (every once in a while my comment will be displayed), which again makes me wonder if the host of the game site is doing these things to my game. I truly hope that this can be resolved. I love PCHgames, eventhough PCHgames gamers/host don't/doesn't seem to love me.:(((

i'v been playing pch games for some time and every time i try to redeem my tokens, it says i'm not a us citizen. please fix this...

This could very well be false advertisement.

I just tried to redeem some tokens and was told I was not a citizen of the US. Come on! Who is running this show. Get it together, folks or you might be in heap trouble.

i would like to know how some one bid 200 entries on 500.00 walmart gift card won when i had 400 entries. this really sucks. play games for fun, but this really sucks. pch games is not playing fair. you need to either get it right or give back tokens.

What happened to the winner of contest 1830, one mil a year for life, Feb 28th drawing. I can find no info any where as to who won, its just disappeared ? march 2nd.

You got to go to your profile such as your personal info to fix the problem. Once you put in your name & address. country than you can redeam your tokens. SEP USA

I also am unable to redeem my tokens. I first was given a reply that I did not have enough tokens. I have over 200, 000. The second message told me that I was not a US citizen. I was born and raised here and most likely die here. This is too funny

i have been playing for yrs and i have seen my token which they should of been more then 2000 every time i play token are not issue on my account why today i won on the wheel 1000 can reedeen none of my token cause it say i dont have enought please take care of this matter cause alot of people already thinking this is fraud advertisment

i have not been able to sign for about six months no mater what i do it will not allow gives a a message email and password do not match.

I had to go to my account and edit my info to include my country and birthdate then it worked for me

Every time I try to redeem my tokens it say i am not a resident of the USA .

GO to your account page and make sure to check usa in your account information...You can find most answers on the FAQ at the bottom of the page. Just scroll to bottom of game page and click on FAQ.
