Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com sweepstakes is rigged by their own admissions

I as well as all the customers on the PCH emailing list have gotten emails stating that a number in the winning range would be given on that particular scam-paigne! Even Spock would agree that if PCH can give a number in the winning range they could also give a number in the losing range which is probably the case 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 percent of the time until they decide it's time to award a big prize to entice new people to sign up on their site. I have several who have told me that some of their products aren't even worth the 5.99 shipping and handling charges they had to pay on top of the product charge. Recently I started posting comments on Danielle Lam's facebook page about their BAIT AND SWITCH CONTEST as well as references to the 34 million and 19 million judgement they had to pay for their deceptive marketing practices. It took her a couple of days to catch my posts and she now has the page set so I can't post. LMAO So if you are sick of the PCH SCAM by all means get a facebook account and post your disgust on Danielle Lam's page. If your worried about them get the TOR program or install TUNNELKISS and use that and get a new fake email account at excite.com so they have no way to track who you are...

I caught them this last contest "early look". All entries had until 11:59pm on 12/18/18 to enter. Well, they messed up and 1pm on 12/18 they posted a blog post in which Lucky the check tells everyone he got a call from Danielle Lam saying there was no early look winner, but they would still award the $1 million prize ... I posted pointing out the ptoblem - my post was deleted, the blog was changed - post date from 12/18 - 12/20! Well, you would think that would do it, but they left the 1st posts to the blog which were at 1pm on 12/19! So I have a copy in a PDF file I downloaded for proof they have posts from 12/19 on the 12/20 blog and a few other tells I will keep quiet for now. I had high hopes of winning some day - I feel like I will never win because of what I found ... if there are any real winners at all...

I have been playing for years and have never got near the top 25 in total daily tokens. I submitted an email asking how does one get in the top tier of daily tokens? Their response was it was based on odds and probabilities. Then I had asked them why some people were consistently in the top tier?
I even gave them one name in particular that has not only been consistently in the top tier but this person won the daily tokes award 6 times in 3 months. With the millions of players what is the odds of winning 6 times in 3 months and be constantly in the top tier? After I gave the name all of a sudden this person was no loner there. I have come to the conclusion that the games are rigged and they choose when and who they want to give just to try and get more subscribers. I have accused them of using false names or bots to keep people from winning, I am sure because of that I am blackballed from ever winning if there was a chance. I now play solely to see how many points I will get, I know I will never get in the top tier and I will never win a prize. But that is okay I will never purchase anything from PCH.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com sweepstakes

I've been doing this forever and I'm sick of sweepstakes entries. I don't believe PCH is a legit sweepstakes, however, they use fake sweepstakes scams just to get people to by their cheap ### products. I have never actually heard of anyone ever winning, wouldn't you think it would make the news? Kimmie

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com received tupperware I did not order and costs 17 dollars to ship it back than the cost of the item

I had ordered one item x 2. It was a microwave plastic cover that I thought was a good invention, so I had ordered two. Before the items that I had actually ordered arrived I got some tupperware products that I did not order with a bill of $21.95. I was going to ship it back but to my dismay it would cost me $17.00 to ship it back. If, publishers clearing house wants these items back they should send a return, prepaid label so I can do so, otherwise they can kiss my a — . I will pay for the items that I had ordered only and not a flippin penny more. Bad business in doing this to people.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com credit for searches

I have noticed credits are given only on particular searches. Thou I am an 85 woman I do search for more than pin cushions, recipes or stereotypical items. I do have genuine interests on PCH searches, but not getting the credit for doing what they ask me to do seems a waist. This is not a fluke, I literally looked up snow tires without the credit promised. Then I literally looked up pin cushions and there was the credit of tokens and an entry. This has reoccurred and is ongoing. Very often PCH asks for searches for sweepstakes and reading articles etc. AND etc. I have been and still am loyal to PCH and intend to continue. It is just irritating trying to think of new things without repeating them. I use to be considered a super searcher, but now I find myself doing my inquires elsewhere, as I spend so much time online looking up things for others medically, or whatever. I must apologize, I certainly don't want to bash PCH. I enjoy there games and would be lost without the fun I have doing them. Perhaps they could look into this matter. Respectfully, Betty

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com pch is reneging to pay on a win.

I had a win of $500 in one of the PCH games. Luckily I took a picture of the winning announcement and sent it to PCH. This is not a large win by any means, so I do not understand why they are reneging to pay out? Below is copy/paste of their response to my inquiry about the winning notification that I got: "Thank you for your patience while we escalated your case to be further reviewed. Unfortunately, our records do not indicate that you were a winner. In order to verify whether you had won a prize, we fully checked our records and the automated electronic verification system that selects the potential winning times. There was no such match to your email address, or time of visit to our site. For future reference, if you had won, you would have received a notification immediately with instructions on how to claim your prize. The screen shot you sent is not a winning notification. We regret any concern this matter may have caused you. " It has been a week since that email, still no response, so I decided to put in a complaint, so that people can think about the time they spend playing the games thinking that they may win something and if they do, what are the odd of getting paid...

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com no one wins their so called sweepstakes

I have been playing their sweepstakes for over twenty years, my Mother played no one ever wins. The actors on their tv commericals are very good. Something should be done they shouldn't give hope and not deliver. We even brought stuff from Pch but still no one ever wins. Pch needs to pay.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com not awarding prize

This is on PCH website. How can this happen when the only numbers that should be in the drawing belong to participants?

Even though the Prize Patrol won’t be awarding the $7, 000 A Week For Life prize on April 30th, I am still SO excited because PCH will still be awarding a LIFE-CHANGING amount of money. That’s right, the Prize Patrol still gets to make dreams come true by awarding a Second Chance Prize of One Million Dollars on Thursday! YES, ONE MILLION DOLLARS! I just know that will change someone’s life forever!
So fans, tell me…who out there wants to win $1, 000, 000 on April 30th? If you won, would you SPEND IT or SAVE IT? Would you QUIT YOUR JOB or CONTINUE WORKING? Would you CRY OUT FOR JOY or BE SPEECHLESS? I have so many questions, so please comment below and let me know what YOU would do if you won One Million Dollars on Thursday!
Good luck everyone! I’ll be wishing on my lucky stars for all of you!

I have done all searches from pch for 7000 a week prize but on 9/30/2015 they send email your prize number will be disqualified you must search now. It does not go to search they have ads to get you to order something. Hey, pch you said people do not have to order to win. Is this a scam? HOW CAN PCH DISQUALIFY YOU IF YOU DO EVERYTHING AND YET DROP YOUR PRIZE NUMBER? I got this message from Holland at pch. Something needs to be corrected at pch to correct this. Pch daniell lam needs to address this as it appears they are not doing something legal. It seems they are deleting people who do answer to their emails but as sweepstakes close in towards the end they want to drop those who do answer all their emails and with all the entrys i have followed eliminate early look participants.

RE: Non-order [protected]
I received an order, item # 549V05, snap caps set of 4. I did not order these items and do not even know what they are. I have not opened the sealed packages, and want return them, but not at my expense since I did not order the item. I've tried contacting PCH through their web site but it is virtually impossible to activate a dialogue with them.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com false delinquency reports

PCH reported me as delinquent on several order accounts even though all accounts were settled within 2 months of the order dates. Some of these order accounts were started as partial payment accounts, but they would say they would accept 4 payment plans and turn around and send me notices for full payment due after I would send in one or two partial payments. This is absolutely ridiculous that they would do this . They refused to remove the delinquencies from my credit report even though all accounts were paid in full within 2 months of the order dates. I feel this is a misleading offer of a partial payment plan and that I settled over $200 dollars of accounts within a month of these second notice mailings. I asked 2 credit report agencies to intervene for me and ask for removal of these delinquency reports, so far there has been no response other than a confirmation that a request was received by e-mail. They will not resolve from a phone call only... has to be written on formal online question / response. I owe them nothing as of today's date. 0.00 balance on 2/09/15.

I received for the first time a delinquency notice from PCH for a garden hose I ordered for $44.45. I ordered several items from PCH and never received any delinquency notices of any kind. I always pay with PayPal when I order from any company that accepts PayPal on the internet. I spoke with a rep this evening. He was basically rude to me. I have NEVER in my life NOT paid for any item I have ordered from the internet. I usually order from ebay and I will continue ordering from ebay. I certainly will NEVER order anything from PCH ever again. I do not like to be accused of not paying for any item I have ordered from any company on the internet. I plan to tell all of my friends NOT to deal with PCH ever. There are also lots of PCH scams on the internet. You need to take care of your business a little more professionally.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com scratch cards?

I faithfully check my email and try to keep up with all of PCHs game offers and sweepstakes events. That have this section called scratch cards. I've yet to seen this scratch card or use it because every time I'm done completing the lottery number cards and it goes to the scratch card page the page never loads. I feel at a disadvantage to winning if that's even possible...

It's all a piece of CRAP and they don't care about you or anyone else!
The games don't load right and will freeze up on you when you're playing them. So my best advise is to just not play them at all!
Take it from someone that's been there and been playing for years, and not won a thing, not even a $1.00... How pitiful is that?

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com didn't order magazines

I never ordered from PCH for magazines. I am getting bills from PCH for items I have bought, but I am getting billed for something I did not order and why would it be billed separate from the other items that I am PAYING ON TIME for? The bill does not even look like the example they use on their site to pay off via their website. I HOPE OTHER PEOPLE CATCH THIS LIKE I DID. I would of just paid it off, because I believe all my bills that I receive. Wow Didn't think I would be scammed, someone with no income and bad credit.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com Internet lotto games site

Lotto games show duplicate winning numbers for different games. For example, the 'million bucks' game had the exact winning numbers as a game for the after 5pm game. It was actually 3 separate games in the daytime lotto and 3 separate games in the twilight lotto with exact matching winning numbers. I registered a phone complaint with PCH however, the problem is not fixed. Also, PCH offers a "winning numbers" page to check your plays and it does not open every day so I can check k my numbers.
In addition, PCH does not have a web resolution tab or web page. I have to call every time there is a problem with their website! This is a poor way to conduct business and I am sure I am not the only PCH customer with this problem...

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com merchandise I did not order

The only thing I'm guilty of is going into the "Publishers Clearing House" website. Naturally, I looked at many things they had for sale,

however, I "did not" place an order for anything. I was only browsing their merchandise.

Then, about 1 week later, I had ordered some things from HSN and I opened the boxes and found my HSN things but there was also

4 tea light candles with holders (made of tin), and 2 cheap looking blue towels (Walmart price probably 5.00 each. I thought these

were shipped to me from HSN, so I returned them to HSN (thought it was sent to me in error). About 3 weeks later, HSN returned

the goods to me stating this was not their merchandise.

Then, I started getting these bills (about every 3 weeks) from Publishers Clearing House about how I'd ordered and they had shipped

tea lights and towels and wanted me to pay them, to start with it was something like $42.00...now the price has increased to $46.41.

What a scam. I DID NOT place an order with them and never have. One time on their website is one too many! Do they really

think I'll pay for something I DID NOT Order? Reason for not returning: Don't think I should pay charges to return items I did not

order.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com charging me for magazine order cancelled

I've been recieving emails harassing me, Bill's for a dumb $12.00? Apparently for a subscription to sum magazine I noticed tellin me I ordered? I sent a email to their customer service PCH ~ as I had done so one time prior about same occurrence? I had that one cancelled not aware I ordered either one? I never recieved on magazine because I've already ordered, and recieve other magazines from other better offered (pricing lower) companies. I now recieved a collections notice, unwarranted, now threatening me from North Shore Agency, in which as soon as this complaint is done, I will be submitting complaints in to the Better Buisness Burea. I'm a Nurse, up standing tax payer. I never recieved one magazine from this sudposed order, I WILL NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING I DID NOT / NEVER - RECIEVED! I attemptted to call North Shore Agency's [protected] #, several times to attempt to discuss issues with customer service, no one ever answers? Not that I'm surprised, they give you two options, either touch # one, to pay, # 2 no pay, if you touch 2, they disconnect you immed.ly not offer to talk to customer service, lol ~ Nice buisness tatics?!?

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com $25,000 lucky seven

I am filing a complaint because I received in my mail box a $25, 000 Lucky Seven scratch off from Publish Clearinghouse some time in Feb 2014. I scratched it off and was very excited that I won that amount. I have not received any correspondence and I believe this is a scam since I did my own research online and others have complained about this as well. For the first time since I became a online member through PCH, I received a package for another scratch off for $500. It is not the PO Box 81 Syosset, NY 11791. I have the documents, I just did not scan them. I just want my money that is all I want.

Recently I've been unable to enter my token redemption . I'm at silver level. When prompt requests password I lose redemption page and get the product and magazine page. What's the story? Why play for tokens when you can't use them.?An answer from PCH WOULD BE APPRECIATED. Better yet, fix it !
