PayPower PayPower Reloadable card

I bought a PayPower card at store, paid $9 and change to activate it with $75.00 on it and went home to register card online for reloadable services. I downloaded the app, to create an account I answered 5/5 questions properly, but app would not let me create an account. I called customer service on July 5, 2023 and was told the card was only a gift card and not reloadable.

I went back to store, but no help there, so I had to buy another card on July 5 for $75, pay another activation fee and tried to register that card to no avail. Both times I called customer service they wanted to know the colour of card and digest on back starting with 124. I stl do not know why I cannot create an account or reload my card. I have deleted the app, used small balances on both cards on puchases. Then I cut them up and swear I will never buy another PayPower card, ever.

I called Customer Service twice and both times I was disappointed with no help, no information and no service.

Desired outcome: No desired outcome because I do not want to deal with them ever again.

PayPower Check not received

My name is Joseph Ting and my account no.is [protected]...my email is [protected]@gmail.com...This is my worst experienced ever in a financial institution...i have a hypertension and paypower support even makes it worst...They closed my account and I was told that the positive balance of $2000 will be mailed out to me by check and the check was issued last Feb 8 and I have the evidence and screenshot of the transactions...First someone from the second level of support her name is Pooja and sent me an email that they have already sent the check and the email was dated Feb 13...I can send you all their emails to me with false info regarding my check and the latest was Jose who did the same exact thing to me and just give me hope and wait for nothing! This is giving me so much stressed and I have a heart condition as of now that could kill me anytime...I'm blaming your support if something happens to me because of the false information your giving me!

PayPower Paypower wont reply and deduct fee for no reason

My prepaid card often declines when I try to make a payment at any place although the funds in the card are sufficient, could you please let me know why this is happening? There is no refund taking place below the card information, and someone told me that the express consent to have the card blocked, which a new card will be sent over, but a 10 dollars had been charged and I don't believe that I will be liable for this.

Desired outcome: refund without charging the fee

PayPower PayPower Reloadable Master Card

I did a reload on my PayPower Master Card on Aug 9, 2022 and the transaction of $500 was approved but on the receipt, it asked me to "CALL BANK". I called the CS as advise and submitted all the copies of the receipt, front and back of my PayPower card. The case was escalated to their level 2 support and they said they had opened a ticket on this but up to 2 months, I did not receive any update from them even with my repeated email follow up. The CS supervisor keeps ignoring my email and I am losing my patience.

Desired outcome: I demand a detailed investigation my case and want my $500.00 to be loaded to my PayPower Master Card asap.

PayPower pay power MC

I went in 2 weeks ago to a gas station to load $500 on a card. I Went to use it and it was declined. I then called and spent hours on the phone with customer service for them to tell me it will be 2 business days to receive a response after I email in proof of purchase and proof of activation. WHICH I DID. still nothing. I keep calling them and they refuse to give me a refund and tell me that I need to wait for someone to call me back I call every day and spend hours on the phone on hold for someone to resolve my issue.

Desired outcome: I WANT A REFUND

Bonsoir, je commence a disant plus jamais je vais acheté ce produit bien trop compliqué.

J’ai téléphoné la semaine dernière car je ne suis pas capable de savoir mon solde sur la carte.

J’ai demandé l’agent de changer cela et il l’a supposément fait.

Aujourd’hui je tente de rappeler pour savoir le solde et ma date de fête est encore invalide donc je ne peux toujours pas savoir.

J’arrive pas à ni le savoir sur internet j’ai essayé ipad iPhone et ordi sérieux c’est compliqué est-ce possible.

Je tente de téléphoner depuis se matin toujours personne pour me répondre

PayPower stolen cards/customer service

103 days ago i have had 14 cards stolen from me. i have two companies we buy lots of your cards to pay vendors aswell as to give to our customers and employees. after the way i have been treated unless this resolves my issue i will never purchase another one of your cards again. $5,250.00 divided into 14 cards. all gone. and no one could give me an answer, your customer service reps kept telling me that secondary level will contact me within two business days. i would wait for days to weeks only to never hear from them so i would call again and same result. today i finally today February 14 2021 got to speak with secondary level and they hung up on me three times then i got upset as i was not happy with her actions. as i spoke to her again i was not the nicest as i felt it was very unprofessional of her to hang up on a customer. i do apologize for that even though she was very rude i should not of been rude back. below are the last 4 digits of each card with the amount originally put on each card. i purchase your cards as you have a fraud protection service. as i have been frauded on these cards and am looking for assistants your reps are no where to be found. your card is $9.95 other companies are $5.95 or less i expected to be treated better for the extra money i spend as we buy anywhere from 10-50 cards a month.

the last three cards 7055,7056,7057 have been registered in someone else name I can only assume it was the person who stole them, i found this out from the first representative i spoke with on November 3rd 2021she was very nice willing to help locked all the other cards as they have not been registered to anyone yet even though all the money has been spent except for the odd dollar remaining on every card. she indicated to me that this would be solved promptly and they would issue new cards to me containing the original amounts on the 11 cards we got registered in my name but i would be out the amount on the three cards someone else has registered. How ever i would have to pay the activation fee again which i was ok with as being out $9.95 14 times plus the 3 $250 cards is much better then being out that plus the $5,250 that was stolen. since this conversation i have sent all the required emails containing all of the card information including the original receipts. and yet here i am writing to you still out $5,250 plus 14 activation fees.

PayPower Pay power customer service and logon

Hi My name on my account is Royal Colby. My email [protected]@gmail.com. My dob is incorrect on file my address and phone number are also over a year old. I do not know them I can receive a reset link but my secret answer is invalid. 160 is locked on one of my missing cards customer service hangs up. No tier 2support no management to avail.help

PayPower can't get inn

Um ya I am discusted with the way u treat ur customers I put 390 dollars of my money off my bank card onto one of ur pay power pre paid master cards which I bought at Safeway I payed 397 dollars to get this card with ur service I followed every step u told me to take I was uniformed at the Safeway before buying it that I would have to set this card up my self but I did and I had the error come up ten times from every different computer I could find still could not get my 390 dollars activated on the card I called the head office it was closed I called every single person that pay power and master card has to offer online search I have been in hold now for 12 hours getting hung up on waiting on hold to get told they cannot help me or they don't honor ur company this is ridiculous my kids need to eat and I need my money I am more than discusted with master card at this point I spend alot of money with master card and I certainly don't deserve this I wanna know how and when I can receive my money and I would like the 7 dollars and tax I payed at the store as well cause if u guys are charging 7 dollars for activation that's what u it does say on ur master card correct? Then that is a scam u guys are running and think it should be pulled off shelves at this point to whom this may concern I hope u guys get ahold of me when u guys wake up do the right thing here and maybe change ur customer service so not one more person has to feel help less and robbed like I do my name is Carter goble June 7 86 I purchased a pay power master card for 390 dollars 5171 [protected] exp 10/21 if u can do what's right here and maybe even give me what's mine the 7 dollars u can keep at this point I just want my hard earned money my email is [protected]@gmail.com get back to me asap thank u !

PayPower activation

bought prepaid card today to make on line purchase only 25.00 activating card how jumped to many different sites buddy at store said automatically activates upon purchase nope trying to make on line purchase no way in hell trying to activate on line keeps jumping to different sites one click should do it called call center nobody there simply want to activate card how hard is that respond plz

PayPower Service fee

I received a Paypower card as gift card last year. I activated the card for a purchase but did not use the card again for about 12 months. Then I found out my card balance had been drained by service fees. Apparently the Paypower cannot charge service fees on gift cards but can charge fees once the card is upgraded. I was required to activate the card to start using it. I believed I was just activating the card. According to Paypower, I upgraded the card. There was no clear notice that I was upgrading the card and that fees would be charged.

The site should be required to provide simple and clear information that fees will be charged if an option is selected. The notice of fees should not just be buried in a multi page legal document.

PayPower products services

I am having the worst problem I get these stuipid cards and have to activate them online and then I have to sign in and add the card but every time I login I have to reset my password then itsays wrong combination of username and password yet I just reset it I cannot get into my account to activiate my card so I call customer service and they want the information about cards I donthave anymore or cant remember like im supposed to keep every card receipt and remember how much I putoneach card I use these cards for differemt things online and use them about every 2 or 3weeks which makes for alot of cards and im waiting for my reloadable one to come in the mail for 2 weeks now this is rediculous and frustrating and noone can help me. And theres no email to contact them I cant handle this crap and im not buying these stuipid useless cards ever again ever

PayPower I do not recommend PayPower

I was a long time user of PayPower and can't say anything good about them. Last time I ordered a prepaid Reload pack and when received it I was unhappy to discover that pin code was damaged. As soon as I noticed that I immediately contacted PayPower and demanded a replacement. Their rep was super nasty and instead of helping me he said that everything was my fault. I argued with them a lot until I finally was contacted by PayPower manager. That seemed like a good sign but as usual I received only empty promises and nothing was done, they never contacted me back or helped me.
Very poor service, I do not recommend using PayPower.

PayPower Meijer paypower card

I've had this Meijer Paypower Pre-Paid Debit Card for several years primarily used to receive my daughters Child Support via Direct Deposit onto the card. I made a purchase on 2/3/17 at Gardner White Furniture for $1, 199.98. When I proceeded to use my card again It was blocked. I called in immediately and was told to call back the next day because the department wasn't available to help me. So I called the very next day and another rep told me that the person who can take the block off was on break and to call back in an hour so I waited an hour and called and spoke to another rep that said my card would be ready to use in 5 minutes or less. I proceeded to use it and the charge declined so I called back and was told I was misinformed and it would take 1-3 business day. I waited and called on Monday and I was told 3-5 business days. I have called constantly but no one will resolve this matter. Those funds that were direct deposited on the card is from the State of Michigan for Child Support for my daughter. I emailed BlackHawk that If this matter is not resolved expeditiously I will be contacting the News Media and the State of Michigan and Report that the Company has Fraudulently taken my daughter's Child Support Funding.

PayPower Absolutely terrible service!

I' absolutely disgusted with PayPower and I would not recommend it to anyone. I had a huge issue with my card and when I contacted PayPower to get some assistance and support they did absolutely nothing to help. I was not able to take out my money and it was an emergency and they simply did not care. I contacted them numerous time and asked what was wrong with my card and how I could fix it but they did not reply! They are the worst ever!

PayPower Blocked card

I have been using this card for 2 years. All of a sudden my cards disappear after I tried to access it online. I called them, they told me 1 card was overdrafted 504.62, impossible! I only transfer money on that card for the kids games and music. Then they blocked my other card. I didn't have a dime in my pocket! I called them and all they can say is they are working on it, someone will call you in 2 to 3 days! I went back online and the website said under maintenance! Then later only 1 card appeared with a 0 balance. My main card with my money on it is still blocked! I will never use them again! You can't just play with people money!

This is still not right. It has been 2 days, I have kids who need food, my car needs gas and I can't do nothing about it. Never again will I be put in this situation with my own money! All I got is a reference number: inc0663151 and no results. I can't afford not to be able to go to work or feed my kids. Its hard right now!

This ticket, INC0663151, was opened on July 25, 2016. The customer was informed that the matter would be escalated and that someone would be in contact with her in 1-3 business days. The customer was contacted on July 27, 2016 and the card was unblocked at this time. We again apologize for any delay or inconvenience that may have been experienced as a result of this block.

The security of our customer's accounts and their funds is very important to us. We work diligently to do our best to prevent fraud. Generally, when an account is blocked it is due to suspected fraud. No fraud detection system is perfect, and occasionally, systems block cards where no fraud is involved. Most of the time documentation is required in order for us to verify the customer and any suspicious transactions. We are unable to provide specific details in response to this complaint as we are unable to locate the account with the minimal information provided. We apologize for any inconvenience that this customer may have experienced, but it resulted from our attempts to protect the customer and his/her accounts.

PayPower Prepaid visa card

I feel your pain! My husband is in Hospice with stage 4 lung cancer and they are holding roughly $450 on their so called Visa cards that I purchased that was needed to buy his feeding tube supplies and now I'm left with trying to find a way to buy his supplies because I'm pretty sure that after speaking with their "manager" I won't be getting a refund. I was told that both myself and my husband were on hold with them for a fraud block too, even though I gave all the correct info again and again. I suspect that they use the "fraud block" as an excuse to hold your funds never to be seen again. I'm filing a complaint with our State Attorney General's office. And I think our grocery store chain ( Giant Eagle) should not promote or carry these cards in their stores because they are promoting the problem. I'm not sure what else to do. I have to let other bills go to get his supplies. Honestly! I don't know how these people sleep at night?! I will let everyone I know to not use them because they are a SCAM! Best of luck to everyone and I hope you get your money back!

PayPower Registering a card

I have been using the paypower credit card for about 2 years now and had no problems in the beginning.
Now of late I cannot find the reload packs at most locations in Victoria that previously had them.
Last week we had to buy a card as no reload packs were available.
I am out of the country, my husband is in Victoria so I need the money transferred onto my existing card.
I registered the new card but verification was not passed ( unbelievable as I have registered numerous cards before).
Called customer service who said he could do the transfer but it would take 1-2 business days. Today is the 2nd day, I dont have the money and I have waited on the phone for an hour for a customer service rep but to no avail.
I am extremely dissatisfied as I find the service has completely deteriorated, even the reps seem to be less helpful. I have spent $50 and to date I cannot use my money.

PayPower Rejected Interac Payment

CREDIT CARD NO> [protected] - I made an Interac payment from your website last night at appx. 8:00 last nigh for $200. It was rejected because unknown to me I was over the limit of $250 per week which is not clearly indicated on your website. The money is now apparently in "cyberspace" as it has not been returned to my bank account. I asked finally after getting many conflicting stories from you customer service people "who need to go back to school" that I will get a call within 3 business days!
This is unacceptable!. This is a transaction from the Royal Bank of Canada through Interac to you and the money should have been returned within an hour at the latest! The problem is your end. One customer service person even told me to call Interac myself. Seriously? i expect that money in my account IMMEDIATELY. my e-mail address is [protected]@hotmail.com.
I can be reach until 4:30 at [protected] or after at the pone number as above.
