PayPal paypal is a scam

They are definitely a scam and they collaborate with scammers like them. They prefer you to give up on your issue because they don't really care.
Paypal transactions aren't legal and safe. Once you send money there will be two ways for you: whether your money was lost or not. That's all.
Don't trust them, don't pay through them and don't buy Chinese products!

PayPal be careful with paypal

Don't make my mistakes! You better find different online payments companies, because pp is in the last place. Their conditions are the worst for both sides. They constantly block accounts if some small detail will look suspicious, even if it's not. And pp customer service is not helpful. You will not get anything from them. No answers, no resolution. Simply the worst.

PayPal the worst ever

They hold my money for 3 weeks for no reason at all. Is it actually legal to leave a customer without any access to his money? I called customer service, I emailed them.. Nobody can help. They can't explain what was the reason and why the access is denied. Maybe it was someone who has hacked my account, maybe something else, but why don't they know it?
I'm disappointed. After I get my money I will be done with them forever.

PayPal stay away from them

This is an awful company. Why have customer service if you really don't want to help us?
When I called them to solve one little problem, the person who was on the line seemed to be very nervous and answered like he wanted to get rid of this conversation as soon as possible. I wanted to define some details more precisely, but he hung up on me. I consider it rude and unprofessional.

PayPal my account has been sold out and 40 million dollars looted

My pay pal account has been sold out money 40 Million US Dollars by a pay
pal officer Hindu Sherma(shameless) has been looted/frozen/confiscated.
Pay Pal Officer Sherma who say him self Customer Care Specialist declared
my account limited for 180 days which expired on 06 Jun 2017. Then he again
declared my account limited for 180 days and an Indian SIKH Pay Pal Officer
also joined hands with him.

A Lady Pay Pal Officer Madam Sarah of the same office say that she and her
other colleagues have not seen any sign of limitation in my account

Pay Pal Inc USA is requested to detail any other officer to decide climitation process of my account because decision of Hindu Sherma and Sikh
is indiscreminately against me.

Paypal is an a-hole wothless company. They say you can pay people. They are liars. I did all the things. Correctly and successfully connected my bank account and everything and the [censor] keep saying when I merely tried to pay someone $90. Sorry we cannot send money now. The [censor]. I even emailed them about this issue and they still would not do it and gave no reason why. Worthless [censor] paypal!

PayPal paypal didn't help me

I used PayPal for a long time and I was always satisfied with their service.
But my last experience was a disaster and that changed my mind about PayPal.
I bought something from an online store and got scammed. Everything I received was very small and of a bad quality. I tried to open a return process but failed. Then I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute, I told them that I had all the necessary documents and photos.
After one week of waiting I decided to contact PayPal to ask how things were going on and was shocked when they said that they haven't even looked at my case yet! They said they'll contact me when they'll have some news and that day never came.
PayPal didn't help me, they did absolutely nothing and didn't care!

PayPal they cancelled my account

I was using PayPal since I was 17 years old and that was a long time ago, I'm 24 now.
Recently I wanted to make an online purchase and wanted to buy via PayPal and was surprised when I could not log into my account. I contacted PayPal and they asked me to send some documents to verify that I was the real owner of account and after that I was notified that my account was cancelled. They said that I made my account when I was 17 and that was against their rules, and because I broke their rules they decided to punish me by deleting my account! Are you kidding me? They decided to cancel my account for something what happened like 7 years ago!
Instead of helping me they made it even worse! No thanks PayPal!

PayPal very poor seller protection

I guess PayPal is not that bad when you are a buyer, but if you are a seller like me prepare to get zero help and support from PayPal!
I had an account on eBay and was selling stuff. One of my customers contacted me and said that he was not satisfied with the product and asked for a refund. I told him that first I want to get my item back and after I get it I'll issue a refund and he agreed. Later I got contacted by PayPal and they said that there was a dispute against me, that I was a fraudulent seller and refused to refund my customer! They did not believe that I was the actual victim and that buyer was just a thieve. They gave him his money back and I did not receive my product back. Absolutely terrible attitude towards sellers! PayPal is not so good as many think.

PayPal useless

Used PayPal service when I ordered something from an online shop. I paid via PayPal because I heard a lot about them and thought that they were highly professional and reliable.
Unfortunately I was scammed by the company I've ordered from and was not able to get my money back. So I contacted PayPal and asked for help. They said that they'll contact the seller but they never did that. For who knows why PayPal stopped replying and never helped me out. What a disappointment.

PayPal no refund from paypal after seller shipping illegal goods that were clones

To Whom it may concern:
I have sent several appeals to Paypal regarding this transaction. I informed the seller that his goods were illegal clones and not the products that he stated in his ads. The were second rate units that I paid $855.00 US dollars.
He requested that I send them back, but it is against the law to ship illegal goods back. I told this to Paypal and they still instructed me to ship the goods back.
I sent them a copy of their policy posted below stating that goods were to be destroyed.
Effective Date: Nov 01, 2010

“13.3 What type of payments are eligible for re-imbursement under
PayPal Buyer Protection?

“Sellers: As a seller you are liable to PayPal if you lose a Claim
from a buyer with a PayPal account registered anywhere in the world.
This includes, without limitation, where you sell to a buyer who is a
Full Programme User and the buyer files a SNAD Claim, in which case
you will generally be required to accept the item back and refund the
buyer the full purchase price plus original shipping costs. You will
not receive a refund on your PayPal fees. If you lose a Significantly
Not as Described Claim because the item you sold is counterfeit, you
will be required to provide a full refund to the buyer and you will
not receive the item back (it will be destroyed).”

They still continued to send me emails requesting a tracking #, there was no way to respond to paypal from that email. I therefore called them and they told me to speak with a Supervisor. The supervisor Lester said he would review it and get back to me with the documentation he required to prove the products were clones and a letter from a professional to state they were not the legal products from China.

I continue to file appeals, they closed the file on my account and all the records of communication are now deleted.
I only have emails with them stating how unprofessional they are for not following through with the appeal in the appropriate method.
They keep saying the appeal was not granted because of an incorrect tracking #, there never was a tracking # because I always told them I'm not shipping Illegal good back to China and paying for shipping twice to have nothing in return. Their policy clearly stated to destroy the goods, which the distributor that works for me did. Nothing could be salvage because they did not have the legal electronic power supply that Canada requires.
I based my claim on illegal goods, clones and feel that Paypal does not service their customers needs and on top of that I paid them for this transaction.
I continue to appeal all emails and still no call from the supervisor or paperwork as agreed.
The first picture is how a real android box that is legal.
The second picture is the illegal ones they shipped me.
Can you please help me, I'm in Canada and this has cost my business lots of money.

PayPal i'm extremely disappointed with paypal

PayPal is the biggest disappointment of the year!
I used their service for years and they always were helpful but they've changed in a bad way. So I bought something online and used PayPal service for the payment. I did not receive my item and asked PayPal for help. They said they'll do something.
Several days later I emailed them again and they said that there was nothing they could do. I asked them to try again, but they refused. Customer service rep was ignorant and showed with all his nasty attitude that he did not want to help me.
Whats's wrong with PayPal? So where's your so called customer support? I don't see any! They did not even try to help!

PayPal i'm very disappointed with paypal!

I have been using PayPal for about 10 years now and they were always helpful and nice. But my last online shopping experience turned up to be a real nightmare and when I needed some help from PayPal they refused to do anything. Must say that was the biggest disappointment ever.
I placed a big order and purchased about 20 items from eBay and had a terrible issues with the seller. From my entire order only 6 things arrived and everything was damaged. First of all I contacted the seller and tried to resolve the situation peacefully, but it took me nowhere. Then I contacted eBay customer care which refused to help and said that I need to discuss everything with the seller.
My last and final hope was PayPal. I contacted them and explained what happened and even opened a dispute.
Later PayPal told that there was nothing they could do and recommended to search some help and support from eBay.
No one ever helped me and I lost over $900!

PayPal chargeback decision

This complaint is about Papal avid Ruby love photography. We held a space in good faith for the photographer who put down a non-refundable deposit which was clearly stated on our Papal account and our contract. Our show had to be postponed for a later date and this vendor agreed to all terms. She was also given Gratis another show plus all the business leads with all the advertising and we bent over backward to save her space and give her discounts for the show to help her out. Now we are getting a charge back from the same person who is fabricating that she did not get any Services of which we supplied emails to Pay Pal and they favored our company for both the deposit and the payment period two hours later we received I noticed that the cases were opened again. And they wanted us to submit proof of which we did with all the emails and information. For some reason they granted this vendor there non-refundable deposit and granted us the payment in full. Now two weeks later this same case is opened again isn't there a law against making a judgement twice in our favor and then reneging on it put in our account in a minus because of a negligent vendor who is also purging herself.

honor pay pal should honor there first aand closing the and not the opening and closing the case this is not good business practice no matter how you slice it.

PayPal very disappointed with paypal!

I have ordered an item and wanted to return it back because it was broken. First of all I contacted the store and they agreed to refund me, so I sent the item back via USPS. When they received the package I got a notification email from USPS. Days passed but there was no refund, so I contacted the store and they claimed that they did not receive anything. I have been fighting with them for a long time and ended up contacting PayPal. I wanted to open a dispute and asked for help. They said that I need to provide all the papers and USPS receipt. I did as they said and they refused to help! They said that I need to deal with the store and it was not their responsibility. Used PayPal for ages and they always were helpful and reliable, but last time they just abandoned me!

PayPal credit card and debit card processing and transferring money

Paypal. Inc. Is Far From Being As Honest And Fair As They Used To Be!

Back around my birthday, believe it or Not which was on Saturday, February 13, 2016, I tried to send my contractor a payment via Paypal and it would Not go through...

I sent out numerous complaint letters to find out Why it was Not working and they would Not tell me a damn thing and also would Not help me either and kept referring me to contact the merchant and have him contact Paypal to try and work out his Limitation Problem.

Well, he eventually contacted Paypal and they LIED to Lito by telling him that he owes them money which was around $8, 000.00.

Whatever they claimed he owed them, it is a 100% LIE because Paypal makes their money on Commissions when people send money through their system.

Please NOTE: There is NO way that anybody could steal money through Paypal because they have a 100% Secure System and Paypal Always Gets Their Money First and then they disperse it internally by going through it and then taking out their commissions and fees and then Paying You The Difference.

In Other Words: They Have Total Control Of Your Money And Payouts Before It Even Gets Into Your Hands and therefore, there is No Way That Paypal Can Even Make A Single Handed Mistake!

Furthermore, there is NO way in hell that Lito could Steal Any Money and I know Lito quite well and he is NOT like that, but Paypal being the kind of Corrupt and Corporatist Company That They Are; They Can Therefore Say And Do Anything That They Want With Their Customers (Whether It Is True Or Not), Just To Get Rid Of Them Like They Did With Both Lito And Then Myself Right After I Had Filed Complaints About What They Did To Him!

Obviously!

Well, I was Very Angry and Upset over this because Lito did Not Deserve Paypal's Lies, Abuse and Mistreatment and of course later on, Neither Did I!

I therefore continued to Send Out Complaint Letters and believe it or NOT within a Few Days, Paypal Illegally Blocked, Limited and Terminated My Account Just Because I Filed Legitimate Complaints!

What A Joke?

I did Nothing Illegal and since Paypal can Not Be Honest With Their Customers, they instead Just Get Rid Of Them instead of having to Deal With Them like they did with Lito and then ME!

I have to tell YOU that Lito was so ANGRY AND UPSET AT PAYPAL and then ME because Lito thought that I did something to cause him to Lose His Account, but he knows that Deep Inside I Had Nothing To Do With It And It Was ALL Paypal's Fault And Nobody Else's!

Please NOTE: The Only Thing that I did was Dispute A Few Charges Because What Happened Was That I Paid Lito With My Visa Credit Card By Accident And Then Went Ahead And Repaid The Same Amount From My American Express Credit Card (Because Paypal Will Not Allow You To Cancel An Immediate Charge, Sadly Speaking) and so, I did Not Want To End Up With A Double Bill and so I ONLY Disputed The Extra Double Charges, but Lito was NEVER Out Of Pocket and what I did was 100% Legal and Legitimate and Lito knows that and so I do NOT even know if that caused his Paypal Account To Shut Down since Paypal would NEVER Tell Me The TRUTH!

In any case, Thanks To God, Lito was able to Find Another Credit Card Acceptance Provider (with My Help) which is Not Only Cheaper, but Better And Friendlier To Use and they have Real, Live American Customer Service as well!

In Fact, I just made My Very First Payment through them Just A Few Days Ago and Love It!

However, with Paypal, Inc., They Really Suck and I am So Glad that they are NOT the Only Provider Out There In The World!

PayPal awful customer service!

I used PayPal many times and must say that their customer service is an absolute joke! Calling PayPal to resolve an issue is a total waste of time. Their reps are really unprofessional, they cannot even answer a simple question! All you will get is a confused agent who cannot provide any help or resolve your issue. They always promise to call back, but they never do. I wanted to delete my account so I called them. Several weeks later I received a call from my bank and was told that my card was charged! What an unprofessional company!
