Payoneer have been holding on to over $1400 of mine now and they refuse to answer any emails I send them. They have had my money since December 14th and are making excuses not to pay me.

They are the worst company I have ever known and I would not recommend them to anyone. To me they are just like scammers.

They are ignorant.

I'm Talia from Payoneer. May I ask what exactly the problem is? We never hold on to anyone's funds - if we shut down accounts, we always send them back to the partner that sent them to us in the first place. If you have ticket IDs that you'd like me to check, I'd be more than happy to look into them for you.

Thank you for those that have contacted me already. This situation is gaining positive momentum! I did not realize how many others are being negatively impacted by this company. Keep the emails coming. I intend to 1. Contact my state attorney general’s office 2. to File a complaint with federal government regulators. Also use social media. I've a twitter acct with 2, 000 + followers!

My credit card had 6 fraudulent charges last year in December - I was also told that it would take up to 180 days - it's end of May now and I have just been told that they would give me a payment off good faith in the amount of 1500 dollars - because I only reported those charges 6 days after they happened. Total charges 3800 dollars. I reported them as soon as I noticed them, I do not look int my account every day - just once a week - I have also been on vacation at this time and my card was still in my possession - so I did not loose it - just my credit card number was used to make purchase online - train tickets in the Netherlands and electronic equipment.
I got two payments credit back to my card which was canceled at this time in January - Payoneer never transferred this amount over to my new card and still refusing to do so because they say 1500 dollar is more then enough for me - they are showing good faith!!! Anyone out there who had the same issue??

Hi Austria31, a very similar thing happened to me also in December, I notified them in less than 12 hours after the fraudulent charges in total of $2300 occurred (money spent online/pick up in store at a Walmart in NY)and they said to me that in 90 days I will get an answer.Is the end of May now and they didn t refund me a penny. Is so frustrating, they just don't care about anything, at that time they could have canceled the transaction and refund my money immediately, but instead they told me to contact Walmart and tell them to stop it and refund my money, like Walmart was my bank and not them, now how crazy and non sense is that ????I m deeply frustrated and angry, I m being treated like a fool, I m going to hire an attorney and sue them, I will do whatever it takes to get peace of mind and my money back .

I was choosing Payonner to send money to friend. My friend has a Payoneer card. The amount was 350 USD, One day later I got a message from Payoneer, provide the passport and a copy of my credit card. I send my Passport copy but not my credit card. Later on I got a message, they will not send the amount in my friends credit card. Payoneer took the amount on 8th of August. I got another message I will get back the amount in the next few days. Now almost one moths gone and they send not the money back.
Here all emails from Payoneer. The last one was I am getting the money latest in one day back, still not. YesterdayI repoted it to the Police.

I guess Payoneer is thinking not all people check the credit card statement, sometimes Payonner is in luck and keep the money. Payoneer are scammers.

I've used payoneer for almost a month now. They're pretty reliable as far as payments go, and anytime I've ever had an issue, I've emailed someone at the company and gotten a quick and helpful response. I have many repeat clients who use payoneer to pay me, and none of them have ever had problems with the service either. I just wanted to add an alternate opinion from someone who has had a good experience with this company.

I got the Payoneer card from a survey site and all I can say is that they are definitely uncool. First they hit you with a load fee at 2 rates. The higher one for an instant load and a lower one if you want to wait 20 days. Since they already have the money as an electronic deposit that's a scam. Then there is the monthly "service" fee. They fail to mention that they are making money off the merchant. To add insult to injury they started charging a 1% transaction fee which isn't itemized. On the Payoneer site it's looks like the merchant charged you more than the transaction. On emailing support they claim MasterCard is charging that fee for foreign transactions. Yet I wasn't making foreign transactions. Plus the 1% fee is rounded up not rounded. E.g., a 9.01 purchase is charged 10 cents.

I got my card two months ago and verified my US PAYMENT SERVICES, I COMPLETE SURVEYS ONLINE AND GET PAY VIA PAYPAL, and when i do, I send the cash to my linked payoneer mastercard. on august I sent $301.80 to my payoneer card. when I realize that the cash wasnt loaded, I called customer service, they told me that they needed additional proof of my earnings. I complied and sent them screenshots and website links. I was told that it would take up to a day for it to be processed. Now get this, a few days before I had sent an additional $18 to my payoneer card and guess what?? the $18 was loaded onto my card without my US PAYMENT SERVICE being fully approved. very strange indeed, what aboput the $300.80? why was the $18 loaded onto the card. i will give them until monday (today is friday, following where i will close my account and let them send my cash back to my paypal account. they are thieves believe you me avoid them at all cost!. avoid them! so many of us cant be wrong!!
