I just got on my bank account and seen a withdrawl from your company and dont understand it.
I do not have a loan with your company and do not want one. Please explain!!!

I did not get a loan from you and did not authorize and deduction from my checking account. Please reverse the amount immediately and the $36.00 overdraft fee it caused.
I have got a charge on my bank account from your company for 7.81 which caused a 30.00 overdraft fee I have no knowledge of your company or gave you promised to charge my account please reversed the charges and the 30.00 overdraft fee, you have created unauthorize charge to my account
I have a charge on my bank account for 7.99 and a over draft fee of 26.00 from this company that i don't have an account thru and would like to know how they got my info. I want the 7.99 and the overdraft fee of 26.00 back. I never gave any one permission to take money out of my account. I am getting ahold of an atterney and i am going to press charges if this money isn't back in my account by friday august 1st. 2008.

I too had taken $7.99 out of my bank account and I have never heard of this company before. It caused me to have a $25 charge for insufficient funds in my account. I agree that this company must be stopped. Where do I go from here?
I checked my on-line account early this morning and discovered Paydaycs.com had taken out $7.99 from my checking account, without my authorization or knowledge. I've never heard of this outfit before, much less dealt with them. I'm hoping my credit union will block any further ILLEGAL withdrawals from this company.

You took money out of my account, I did not authorise you to do so. By you doing this it caused an ovverdraft. I would like a refunded of the money that you stoled from me plus the 20 dollar overdraft fee. This is setting on my lawywrs desk just waiting for me to tell him to take action and also it is at our police department. Just because people look into getting a payday loan from you and dont get one dosnt give you the right to take their money with out them approving or knowing. Please refund right away.
People...STOP USING PAYDAY LOANS! These people will get into your accounts and keep withdrawing money - BECAUSE you are paying back interest and not principle. Go to a credit union and learn how to manage money, read the Larry Wingett book " YOU ARE BROKE...BECAUSE YOU WANT TO BE." A good quote from Larry is that you 'CAN'T MAKE MONEY - YOU MUST EARN MONEY." and payday loans are "making" not earning!! report your issues to your own state's STATES ATTORNEY - better yet - file a complaint. Good luck & stop spending $$$$ you don't have!
