I had applied for my passport in sep 2007. The Police Verification is done.
Now, from the last 1 month in status it is showing "Application has been transferred to policy section. Please see the PRO"

What is this policy section and PRO?

My Application number is Z80040-07 and DOB 06/07/1987.

Please Help!!

Respected sir,
i have applied for the passport last year the date was 8/10/2007 and till i have not recieved my passport.i have submitted all the related document which have been asked to me by the Patna Passport Office but i don't know what is the problen with the Patna Passport office, they never contacted me nor i got the proper answer i got whenever i wanted to enquire from the Patna Passport office.every time they told me that your passport will be despatched very shortly.now i have already loged complained to the Patna passport officer according to RIGHT OF INFORMATION ACT on the date:19/07/2008.
