I rented at 134 N. Wilson Ave. Apt #xxx and stayed there for 1 Yr. probably very bad time it was when I decided to rent this apartment which has irresponsible Managers. They never response your phone call/hear anything for any complaints.
Parking gate was not working for more than 2 months and after 2 months they repaired. 2 Months during my stay, Laundry machine was not working and we had to adjust something else.

After 6 months of my tenancy, I came to know that our unit's common laundry room including common area electric meter was not there and everything was attached with my electric meter. It was real shocking for me. I informed my manager and they said... they were not aware of that. Can u imagine that a Property manager don't know that he has to pay a electricity bill of common area??? After so many hot discussions, they decided to give me some rebate for the entire year tenancy. They just gave me 130$ for entire 1 Yr.!!!... I was planning to go legal and wanna sue them, but just didn't did b'cos I rented this apartment with my friend's ref. who was knowing them.

I asked them if u r not installing new meter, please discontinue my 1 Yr. lease and allow me to leave early. I don't want to stay with all mess... but they didn't allowed me to go and also after finishing my 1 Yr., as a cleaning they charged 680$ as a cleaning charges for a very small(probably < 500 sqft) apartment, which had hard floors(no carpets even).

I fought and finally they agreed for 500around bucks. It was a real bad experience with Pasadena Wilson Apartment's Manager Mr. Oscar Huang and his wife Grace Huang. Please take care before you rent this apartment which is handled by irrespective managers.
