I downloaded there photo recovery program and the only thing it did was pull photos that weren't lost. It was not able to retrieve the deleted ones. I ran their program and immediately requested a refund through email since there is no phone number to call. My email went unresponsive. I purchased this program at the beginning of April. This company seems like a complete scam.
