I had already done my essay but it ended up becoming something that was not pleasing to look at. Thats when I approached PapersNow so the professionals can have a look at it. They sent back the document within few hours and my document was totally transformed! They edited few paragraphs and changed places of many to ensure a smooth flow. They cleared my document from any grammatical mistake and typo while at the same time, maintained a professional manner. Their team has been really helpful and I am happy for all their help

This virtual company "Papersnow" took £1500 from me to do some proofreading for me and failed to provide me with correct work in the due course.

I ordered some proof reading/rewriting of my work to Papersnow and paid for it on 9Aug 2017. It was promised to be delivered on 24 Aug 2017. It was only partially delivered by that date and what was delivered used incorrect English and changed the meaning and although whatever was provided was wrong and not useful but even many parts were missing. They agreed to rewrite it and several more iterations took place without me receiving a useable product. At this point they agreed with me and offered a 10% refund. After some argument they increased it to 30%. I contended that I had received nothing useable and the timescale was unacceptable (this was December) and wanted a full refund. They refused and stated that they could not do so as they had already paid their writers.

So I lost 1500 pounds to a virtual company which has no address, no real telephone number, not registered in the UK, and therefore nobody can sue them.

I still am looking for a way to find these people and I see that there are plenty of other people who have been cheated by these fraudsters.

Order number PNOC-[protected] & [protected]: I have bought 2 papers from this company and trusted them to give my paper after 12 hours as they assured me u will definitely receive it then.. my deadline was an hour after they were supposed to give my paper! I called after 12 hours as there was no emails or update and was told it will be done on 20 minutes.. I called after 40 minutes and was told it will take another 4 hours! I had a panic attack as I realised I will be missing my deadline and will have to give it in the 24hr late submission which deducts 5 marks from my grade! The person I was talking to was extremely rude and was not helping my stress.. I believe his name was Steven.. I then had to hung up and call again to another advisor explaining my situation again.. I then got my paper 6 hours later and saw many parts were missing.. they then spent another 8 hours on the paper.. I had paid for a 12 hour service for 3000 words.. they had taken over 20 hours on the paper and gave it with 5000 words so I had to quickly change it myself in the space of an hour before my deadline.. my second paper also took 16 hours which I paid for 12 hours AGAIN! And had to add parts to myself as I did not want to risk giving them more time! I then emailed my complaint the next day and till this day they are only offering 20% of my refund when it states in their policy that if the writer does not meet the requirements I am eligible for my full refund! On top of that they said they will also give me 20% discount on my next purchase LOL! I explained to them in 8 emails repeating myself that their discount will not benefit me in any way as there is no need for me to purchase papers anymore I am done with education that was my final exam.. on top of that why would I ever want to trust them with my money after the awful experience I had! It shows on the email I've been talkin to Peter Ross.. but I believe I have been responded back by many of their colleagues as I had to repeat myself in most of the emails! I have spent over £300 on this company which is a joke and if anything they have caused me stress and panic attacks on top of my depression! So people I strongly advise you do NOT trust this company with your money and their policy stated are all LIES! It states they have professional writers but their "professional writer" had got my work wrong and had to be sent to another writer after the 12 hours I had paid for! Ridiculous and disgusting customer service! This company is no different from fraud

I paid for my paper and did not receive it on time! It was very important to me and these guys from PapersNow just failed me! Well, there were many mistakes, but the content was nice. My essay was quite informative and they followed all the instructions, but since they did not deliver it on time it was useless to me! I will never again use PapersNow, they are completely unreliable!

I was completely disappointed in the company www.papersnow.co.uk. I gave my dissertation and they worked so slowly. The price was rather high for the piece of this crap, which they have returned me. I checked the work and there were a lot of grammatical mistakes and errors. It didn’t make sense. I tried to complain, but the support team was busy all the time. Don’t waste your time and money. Also try to write all your papers on your own. It would be the best decision.

I paid money for the essay and the rep from the company www.papersnow.co.uk simply misled me. They took money and told me to wait. After that I got the bill, which I needed to pay within 2 weeks or I wouldn’t get anything from them. I paid for the bill and again heard some fake promises and blah-blah. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.
