I was in the store in Melvlle New York Dec 4 about 9:30 Am. I came out of the store and there was a tractor trailer that was blocking my car. It was a Panera truck making a delivery. I asked the driver to please move his truck so I can get out. He told me very rudely he is not going to move his truck and that I can back up and move around the truck. He refused to move. Since I have a jeep I ended up pulling on to the curb to get out. I told him I am going to call the company to complain and he said I have the right to do that. But had no regard to me - The customer.
