Several times the turkey sausage/spinach/egg white breakfast sandwich has come with very burnt/blackened crust on the lower half of sandwich bread. I have a photo of it if I can post here---ugly and unhealthy, maybe even a health hazard. If you notice their panini grills, they are very dirty! This is not good. I have complained several times at two locations but they do nothing. I have also complained through thee website---nothing. Oh yeah, they send a $5 coupon---bit deal!---not looking for $, but a sandwich I can actually eat! Wish I could post photo here---maybe later there is a way.
