BUYERS DO NOT PURCHASE PUPPIES FROM THIS "BREEDER"! We purchased a puppy "Jenna" from Palm Bullies. Answered all of our questions and we were to have her shipped to our airport. We received an airway bill number through Pet Safe United Airlines. When the day came that we would receive her, we tracked and made sure that the plane was on time etc. Later we called Pet Safe and found out that he never checked her in. We emailed him and he said that there were delays with the plane and "did not want to leave her in a crate all day". We asked why he didn't inform us right away that there "were delays" and that he didn't check her in. His response was that he "left his phone at home". This popped up red flags! We tried to rearrange to ship for another day, and he just had excuses the whole time and would only ship her on a day that we said we couldn't receive her. So after all this bulls*it we asked for a refund, he emailed us back promptly and said that the refund should take 3 business days to show. WELLL...we are still "waiting" for our refund 10 days later. STAY AWAY from this so called "breeder".
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I'm just an animal lover. Just read your review and wanted to inform you of this article about loveable bulldogs. FYI, I bought Jenna for $2400 in September. She was delivered via United on 9/12. I can't believe he sold her to you after I had already obtained the puppy. However, she was very sick and had to be treated with 3 antibiotics in over a month. The Broward Sheriff's Office is conducting a criminal investigation against Loveable Bulldogs / Palm Bullies.
