I bought a pack for the first time instead of my regular brand. I enjoy the smoke amd would like to continue with purchasing. But when I opened my pack today i found two smokes with uneven filters. At first i didnt notice but I couldn't even feel the smoke. As i said this is a lovely brand my family all smoke and id like to also but wont if I get packs like this.

I have been a smoker for over forty years. I have just retired. To save money and be able to live on my pension, I switched to rolling tobacco.

I bought my first packet of Pall mall 10 great. However, I found there were a lot of little sticks (photo enclosed).

My question is this: Is this the normal quality of your hand rolling tobacco, or was my pouch an off dud one?

I purchased a box of pall mall red yesterday and one of the cigarettes out of my 20 pack had an uneven rolled filter rendering it unable to smoke.

I was a Marlboro man for years until changing to pall mall about 3 years ago and not having looked back since as they have a great taste. Yet I've experienced roughly once a month that I buy a box where on one cigarette the filter isn't rolled straight. Unfortunately that's a high number of deficits compared to my marlboro days, which is also the reason I decided to complain about it today.

I do pay for a full box yet cannot consume it for the above mentioned reasons and since it seems to be a regular occurrence please do advise what can be done to compensate my losses.

I have been smoking Pall Mall cigarettes for 42 years now and never deviate. I have always been happy with the product until now. I recently bought a carton and one pack was missing cigarettes and another the plastic seal was all messed up and the cigarettes inside were stale. This is not the quality I am accustomed to with your product. You may want to look into quality control. I don't like to complain but felt I needed to bring this to your attention.

I switched to Pall mall rolling tobacco in the summer; I enjoyed it, it had a nice taste and smell. Recently they have changed to a 'new blend'. Sadly the new blend is tasteless and dry. Such a shame. Now will have to find something else to smoke, or find a way to add flavour myself!

Assuming this new blend is because of new laws forbidding tobacco companies to add anything to the tobacco re flavour or additives.

What can be done to get the old blend back I wonder? I did call customer services and left my complaint along with my number and was told someone would get back to me. No one ever did!

Just to let u know I think it's fuking disgusting u only put the prices up 3 months ago on a 10 gram packet of pall mall tobacco now this morning I went to buy my daily packet and discover it's 8 grams now instead of 10 grams ur fuking greedy disgusting and have now low a loyal customer 10 grams only just last Me a day. 8 grams isn't... jps for me now 9 grams a packet of papers and cheaper. Bye pall mall 8 grams disgusting

I smoke Pall Mall blue super kings. A few months ago you changed the design of the filter -fresher taste. This particular brand is not tightly packed ans results in loose flakes of tobacco in the packet. These flakes lodge in the recess in the filter and whilst are normally observed and can be blown out, in the dark they are not visible and are thus sucked into the mouth, a most unpleasant experience.
Please change back to a solid filter to eliminate this problem.

Hi, my name is Jennifer Yates and have been a consumer of your product for many years now without problems or complaints of any kind. However, I recently purchased a carton of Pall Mall Light 100 Blues and have found in each pack I've open more than several cigarettes have small tears and what looks like puncture holes, some near the base of the filter, some higher up towards the center. Needless to say, these cigarettes are unusable and frustrates me as a consumer quite a bit when I've paid for an unusable product, especially my cigarettes! Being that the carton I purchased was promotional .50 off each pack the store I got them from will not take them back as an exchange which has brought me here today. As a loyal customer I would like to request that the Pall Mall company mail me replacement product of some sort, it would be very much appreciated and guaranteed to keep me as a valued customer of your product. Also, I have long ago created an account through the pall mall website in the hopes that I, like several of my friends and family, would begin recieving the same promotional offers and coupons by mail but I have never once received either of these things from Pall Mall. Why is this? I made the switch from Marlboro to your brand and I still to this day recieve many coupons from the Marlboro company, sometimes several times a month without making any contact with them. I believe that this company is one of integrity that cares for and values its customers. I hope to soon see prove of that statement and will start to recieve such money-saving coupons in the mail and hopefully replacement product for the damaged packs I've purchased. Ive been smoking Pall Mall for a while now and today I found a sigarrette thats not up to customers quality standards.

I will opload some pics I took and find this very unacceptable.

I mean for the price of tobacco today sigarettes must be checked before packaging. We pay alot for smokes and I want to enjoy every one I smoke.

Apologies if I am contacting the wrong people about this.
I recently purchased 23 pall mall double capsules from a local tesco extra and every single cigarette when clicked, has detached from the filter and basically been non smokeable, wasting £7.50 and having to spend another £6.50 on the 18 single capsule pall mall with the beige colored filter which I have never had a problem with.

I bought a 25g of pall mall tobacco from the cooperative food store in Cheshire today and when I got back into my vehicle I felt the pouch and it was rock solid. So I further investigated it and looked inside and all the tobacco was solid together. When trying to separate it it just crumbled into little bits. Thursday 10th November 2016. As I normally get tobacco and the tobacco I always buy is pall mall I expected it to be of standard as I normally know, but for some reason it was not this time. I know the consistency should not be like this and I am very unhappy with the product. The product when first bought from a shop should not crumble into what can only be described as coffee granuels. I would appreciate some sort of compensation for this shocking product. Thankyou very much

I have been smoking your pall mall super kings red for years now.. Unfortunately due to your news style of cig (including the depressing colour of the packet) i'm feeling forced to change brand! Which is unfortunate as I loved the taste style and 'feel' of your old style cig!
I really do not like the new filter (although it dose not actually taste all that different — only the feel) it honestly feels like you are putting an e cig in your mouth! The plastic 'kills the joy ' of my smoking experience!
So unless you go back to your old packaging and product i'm afraid that you have lost me as regular customer (7x pkts a week @approx £7 =£45 a week!)
I have been so disappointed with you.. Why / what made you change the style of the cig and the packaging (which is so depressing) i'll never know!

I always pack my cigarettes, they end up with no tobacco at the end of cigarette. It used to burn for 15 minutes when I smoked it. Now they burn much faster than they ever did. I am not talking about being out in wind, this happens in my house. What really makes me mad is that they used to send me coupons for them. Since I can't go on the Internet because I don't have it, I have tried to register on my phone for coupons. It don't work on the phone and I need to go on a computer to do it. Needles to say, no coupons like I used to get. Now I buy them by the pack and this is such a hassle and expensive. I am. Really considering quitting smoking for good because of not getting the coupons or I will change companies, name brands.

My fiance and I purchased several packs of Pall Mall cigarettes at our local neighborhood convenience store and found a couple of different defects in the cigarettes. The first thing we noticed was the filters and company logo in the wrong spot and the filter paper was sticking up. It appears there are two filters on one cigarette. Also, they were rolled too tight and not really smoke-able. We have saved one of the cigarettes from one of the packs as proof of this and also taken a couple pictures. We are loyal customers and regular smokers and feel it wouldn't be fair if we were not appropriately compensated in a timely fashion. Thank you for your time in this matter.

Hi I'm from south africa I've been smoking pall mall blue and red for over 8 years from when it was still known as princeton anyway I started with that brand because it was the cheapest best qaulity cigarette its cheap and not bad you know. Well I've senn the price go up and up and up its now at R23.50 if it continues like this I'm affraid pall mall will lose a lot of customers because we might as well switch to a other brand its almost the same price I like pall mall as so do a lot of people I know and they keep raising the prices and if it goes on I might have to change to sharp witch all the really really poor people smoke but ill die after 6 years of smoking that but ill have no choice oh and no I have never had the issue of smokes packed to tight and 1 time I bought a pack of 20s and got 19 and it happens offten when I smoke one there are these twig like stuff in the cig that refuse to burn and all the tabbaco around it with ruins half the cig thanks let me know what happening on my email [protected]@gmail.com

i bought a pack of pall mall blue XL and got home and opened them up, the first cig. i pulled out looked like a rolly, the end was torn off and the filter was smushed. I will not smoke that one bacause i don't trust it, someone may have tampered with it.Please get back to me as something has to be done .

I wish I could attach a picture of the cigarette that I just took out of a new package that I purchased from the gas station that's close by my house. In the seam where the paper connects to hold it all together it was all folded wrong and tobacco was spilling out from between the seam. It is unsmokeable without rerolling it. I took pictures but don't seem to be able to attach them anywhere. I will keep looking for a e-mail address that I can address this to with the attachments along with it. Better find someone who will do better quality checking before they go into the packs. Maybe you can refund me the cost of a pack of smokes cause in this part of the country we are paying $10.00 a pack. Not just money I can throw away.
