I ordered a free sample, you send me also a bill for 19.94 for a 2 oz cream ? Is this free sample made af gold? I will wait for you to send me a return postage slip as I didn't open anything. The package is ready for you. If not I'll call the "Better Business Bureau" and make a formal complanit.
