Like the others, I too did not order this stuff. I did try it and it did not work. If you will send a pre paid envellope, I will gladly send the stuff back. Like the others, I am not going to pay for it.
I too, did not order this stuff, tried it it did not work. tried canceling which didn't work even after I paid for the 1 item that came after the free stuff. still tring to cancel this stuff. have refused to pay for it also. this is "subprime" market bulling.
I sent for a free sample in Nov./07 received and used it.
It did help me a lot. So I was about to order this cream when I received a bill for $19.94. Since when do you bill people for a free sample? I then tried to call the company and everything is automated I could not speak to a real live person. I am very angry and feel that this company is dishonest. I will not pay for a free sample and have write that across the bill. PEOPLE BEWARE!

I would have mailed it back but the post office wanted money and would not mail it back to you without payment. I could not reach anyone on the phone to tell them. I have the package ready for mailing so what should I do.
You have sent me a tube of your cream and are billing me for that tube,I did not order that cream.....you should not send unless the persoon ask for your pain vanish. It is still in the box.......If I had ordered this cream I would pay for it, I do not plan on paying for this cream thank you very much.

I did not order this product, nor did I receive this product. I do not intend to pay for something that I didn't receive. I have sent a letter of complaint to Customer Service stating this fact. Do not send anymore demands for payments. Do not place me on your list to receive any product from you now or in the future.
