I too did not order this crap, after I get this e-mail out I am getting in contact with the USpostal service. Why isn't there something being done about this co.?
I also received the free sample in the mail, and then this letter yesterday l/28/08 but didn't received shipment and do not want shipment. Thanks for the free sample.....but no more and shouldn't ha ve to pay the 19.94. Please email me as I don't want this going to collection...Carolyn Beise
I sent for a free sample and with it came a bill for $19.94. i contacted the company by phone and requested a cancellation. They said it would be cancelled but today I received an overdue bill for $19.94 for my WelcomePack. The product is garbage and the company is a rip off.
I believe if we call/write the Better Business Bureau they would stop sending this item unless it was requested. If we don't report them they will continue to get away with this. A free item should not lead to a bill for $19.94. The complaints here will help oher to know before it happens to them.
i called and told them i was not paying for this painvanish and sent unwanted.the lady was nice and said they would send a prepaid envelope for me to send it back. i will wait a week and see don
We too, requested a free sample from an advertisement in a magazine. We got the free sample, used it and the product is not true to the advertisement, therefore we did not order any. Today, we found in our mailbox a shipment of the product along with an invoice, which I did not open. As a consumer I WILL NOT PAY for something I did not request. I am returning the package unopened to Painvanish, as a "return to sender". I intend to report this to the Credit Bureau and to the Postal Service.
This Company needs to be put out of business, pronto.

I tried the painvanish and it not helped me with my pain. i called your nomber at !877 373 3467 to get the returned postal information so i could return the tube you sent. i didnt get the imformation from the message that was given. please send the return postage informatiom?

My name as you know is Sandra M. And I too have been scam with this product. I did not order this product. and now I am being billed for something I do not want. But yet they keep sending me a bill stating I owe them $29.94 for stuff . I do not care for. And I do want my name and mailing address discontiuned from your mailing list. I only inrequire about your product for one of my elder clients . and they were not happy with your product. We called to cancel the order and you all said you would . But yet I am still being billed for it. Again I am stating do not send or bill me for a product I do not wish to use. I was told it does not work anyway. A trial amount of the product was sent. It did nothing for me. I did not order the product. A tube was sent to me anyway. The cream does not do what is claimed which I see as false advertising. I have been charged $19.94 on account 114028772-9 as an amount past due for a shipment date of 04/14/08 for something I didn't order.

mare ann camble--customer service --I am quite perturbed at getting a bill for $19.94 for a product you claim was sent to me and I know I never received. I would never order any type of pain relief for anything through the mail. PLlease straighten this out as soon as possible as I have no idea what this product is, never ordered it, and will not pay for it!!! I too received a free sample of Pain Vanish in the mail and then I received a tube of Pain Vanish and a bill for $19.94. I too received a second bill. I also have no intention of paying for something I did not order. The account number on my bill is 113783346-7 and the shipment date on my bill is 04/14/08. I am also retired but not senile. If I get more bills like this I am tempted to contact the Texas Attorney General's office. Please have them remove my name and address from their mailing list.
My story is the same as all of the previous responders, sent a sample of pain medication & followed by a shipment of Painvannish cream for which I was billed $19.94, Acct #114455730-5. If the company in question sends me the return postage, I will return this last shipment. I do not want any further shipments as I could not see any positive results from the free sample. I think that the New York State Attorney Generals office should be notified about this company's business practices. Remove my name & address from your mailing list, PLEASE!
