Received tub of PainVanish and was never requested!

Ordered a free sample. Weeks later received a tub of Pain Vanish and a bill for $19.94. On statement it says "We'll even pay the return postage". I tried to call the 1-877 number to get a label so they can pay for postage but only a recording. Can't get customer service.

ordered sample- got it & an bill for 19.94- doesn't work anyway.
Just received something I didn't order- returning it. Do not send more.
