I have paid my New York & Company credit card in full a few months ago. I paid it for whatever current balance I had at that time, over the phone with an extra $10 and they assured me that I don't owe them anymore money. After 3-4 months, I found out that they are still charging me late fees and finance charges. Under the current economy, it is so hard to believe that big companies like this are taking advantage of consumers at this very tough time. I am hoping you could help me get a refund of what I just paid (again), because I feel like I should not be billed for anything after I paid in full and in good faith. Could you please help me?
