PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California customer service

My husband and I went to our pacsun store in Beaumont, tx today and we were in line to pay for our product and the cashier skipped me to get someone from another line to pay. There was two lines and for two different registers there was 2 people on each line and yet he pulled that customer out of her line and put her in front of us I wouldn't type a complaint if it was the first time but it wasn't I stopped coming to pacsun for the same exact reason the last time was like 8 months ago with the same employee I don't want to assume this is a racial thing but it does seem like one since I'm a hispanic female. My husband was right next to me really angry but we just decided to write this complaint.

I visited the Pacsun at the River walk mall in San Antonio. I was waiting for my daughter who was trying some clothes. They were playing some music that made me uncomfortable, but I would not have said anything. Then they BLASTED a song that said over and over " I'm going to fu*k your bi*ch. When it was over I said sincerely loud enough to be heard "Thank God that song is over" The man playing the music laughed and while I was in the store played unoffensive music. As soon as I left I could here the offensive music come back on. I thought better of Pacsun before this. But that is so unprofessional.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California very disrespectful workers

My friend and I went into the Ridgedale PacSun on November 9. When we walked in we were not greeted until maybe 5 min later. One of the gentlemen working finally greeted us asking us how we are and we both said good. We than heard them talking about us in a very inappropriate way. We both just wanted to get out of the store because we felt very uncomfortable. I personally love PacSun and love shopping there and I just feel like I can't go into that store without feeling uncomfortable.

Some people need to be validated, some just want to be left alone to shop. These people can not please everyone. If you want to make friends do it away from stores. I mean, really. Do you really need someone to say HI! when you walk in the store?

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California customer service is a joke!

I had a terrible experience with PacSun!
I've ordered a dress from them and they said I'll get it within 7 days, but it finally arrived three weeks later.
When I opened the package I saw there was a tiny skirt there instead of the dress!
I contacted customer service right away and they did not reply for 5 days! But when they finally did it was only an automated message that made absolutely no sense. I demanded my money back and guess what! They sent me another computer generated message, the exact copy of the previous one! Shame on you PacSun!
Avoid these scammers and save your money!

My daughter and her friend went into the Buena Park location and was treated horrible by an employee by the name of Karina Rojas. If you see 2 young girls walk into your business you treat them with the upmost respect as you would if they were older than you! You do not treat them as if they are criminals or look down on them! You do not roll your eyes, or accuse them of doing wrong! I will not put up with anyone treating children badly in anyway! Believe me this is not the last they will be hearing from me!

Sounds like there is more to the story here. How do you know her full name? If you were not there then you do not know what really happened and children are notorious for acting up in malls and lieing to mommy about it.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California order did not make it on time

I have ordered a birthday present for my brother from www.pacsun.com. Before ordering I contacted customer service and asked about the delivery and they promised I'll get the item in 5 days.
5 days later nothing arrived and when I called customer care they said they need some extra time to deliver. Well, my brother's birthday came and went and there was still no package. My order was placed over a month ago.
PacSun doesn't seem like a reliable company. I contacted them again (by email) a few days ago but did not get a reply yet. Hope they'll refund my money.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California horrible experience

On July 3, 2016 between 1 to 2:30 p.m, I went to the store to buy a gift card ($25) for my daughter's best friend, I paid with my debit card, and we were surprised when she called us today 7/16 that how much was on the card, we told her $25. then she told us.. "No, it says that the balance is $0". It was so embarrassing, because we got here that gift card for her birthday, we called customer service, the lady said you need go to the store and they'll put your money in the card, I drove for 1 hour to go there, and when I was there I talked to the manager Karina Rojas, she said I'm sorry but I can't do nothing about it, because I needed the original receipt, obviously Ii didn't have it, who keeps a receipt for a gift card? I showed her my bank statement, but she didn't believe me, I called customer services 4 times, I spoke with a manager and nobody solved my problem, after 3 hours of being stressed out, I called again to customer service and and a nice lady told me that she could help me, so she gave me a support service phone number, and finally they solved my problem, so please check your gift card balance before you leave the store, I have no idea why the cashier didn't put the money in my gift card, what did she do with the money?

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California customer service

Upon entering, we received no greeting from the employees who were playing Pokemon Go. However, we did notice that only customers who walked in who just so happened to be of Caucasian ethnicity were greeted. My significant other and I are not of Caucasian descent, and the evidence points to this being the issue as this has happened on multiple occasions. No help was offered nor were we told about any special promotions or offers. We perceive this as an unfortunate circumstance of discrimination, and did not expect this sort of behavior from any employee in 2016.
This occurred on 7/15/2016 between the hours of 6 pm and 8 pm.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California return policy

I was trying to make a return with the original receipt. The items were purchased with a debit card that I didn't have. It was before the 60 day return policy. I asked for cash back because that is my legal right. The store manger said no. He was also rude to me. I will never shop there again so store credit wouldn't help. This was at the Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo, CA. I am over 50yrs and know that was not good customer service. Thank you

It is not bad customer service to refund to the original type of payment. You used a debit card, therefore they are within their right to refund only back to that card. There is no law that says refunds must be done in cash, nor is there a law that says refunds must be given at all.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California false advertising and rude management

Went to Glouster Premium Outlet store last Monday when I saw signs for Entire store BOGO! Apparently, Pac Sun has there own definition of the word entire and it doesn't mean "everything". The disclaimer in size 3 letter font stated select styles but since I couldn't read the tiny print and didn't think I needed to get further intepretation of the word entire, I got got in line to purchase my son some clothes for Christmas . At checkout I realized that I had been scammed and asked to speak to a manager. I had the very unpleasant experience of being scolded by a manager named "Jackie". She was rude and down right nasty! I got so upset, that I demanded a complete refund! The next day I called Pac Sun customer service line but only got voicemail and I'm still waiting for a call back! Today I went shopping and got my son's clothes! You can be sure it wasn't at Pac Sun and I won't be shopping there again!

Hello to whoever is reading this. So let me start off from what store I visited and why I'm here complaining, which I never. Ever do. I went to the pacsun in Killeen Texas with my husband who is leaving for a month long training and I wanted to treat him to a little gift at pacsun. So we go in hand in hand, very happy because we haven't gone shopping in a while. We try on a few things and I like to put stuff in the hanging racks outside the fitting rooms degsinated for the stuff that you didn't like or didn't fit so that the employees don't have random clothes on racks meant for other items. I asked this girl that works there where I may find the rack to put the clothes I didn't like on and I kid you not she said in the driest and rudest manner, "you put them back where you got them from". Now I have worked at clothing stores and I have had customer service lectures shoved down my throat several times. It was down right disrespectful to the point where I'm here writing this complaint. Her name is Courtney from what an employee told me and this attitude of hers needs to be fixed or I refuse to ever set foot in another pacsun again. She easily could've done her job which is to help out customers and grab the clothes from me and put them away for me or simply could have shown me the rack. My intentions where to be polite and not just leave clothes wherever because I really hated when people did that at my previous job. I don't think i came off in any wrong way but after what she told me I told her it's her job to be polite and not be a B to customers regardless of what personal issues she might have been having. And she responded by saying "i f'ing hate when a customer tells me how to do my job" i honestly was shocked by it and I have NEVER had such a horrible customer service experience than this one. I hope she can be spoken too or adjusted but if I ever go into that store again and get the same service something will need to be done.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California t-shirt hasn't been shipped

My daughter asked me to buy her a T-shirt from www.pacsun.com. I tried to persuade her, because the t-shirt has lettering “I hate everyone”. I tried to tell her that it wasn’t polite. She is teenager and it is difficult with her, so I have bought this shirt. But the seller charged me and hasn’t shipped the item. 3 weeks passed and we still haven’t received any news. Awfully slow and unprofessional company.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California poor customer service at retail store.

Went to Pacsun on Tuesday afternoon. Went to check out, there is a line of about 6 customers in front of us. There is only one person checking out. Another employee is at the end of the customer service area folding clothes while the on duty manager is standing there talking
To her. Meanwhile, the line is getting longer and longer. We were in line about 20 minutes. Not sure why another register was not opened. I guess stocking and jabber jawing are more important than waiting customers. This store is in Katy, Texas at the Katy Mills Mall. I would really hate to be there on a Saturday. I won't return.

I am sure, if you are old enough to shop, that you are also old enough to understand that not everyone is a cashier or trained on a register. Just like not everyone who works at a hospital can do surgery. If you are too much in a hurry to wait your turn, either shop when you have tine, or shop online.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California bad working experience

I was hired at the Cincinnati location in the Kenwood Mall on April 30, 2015. Three days prior to that is when I turned in my application. The manager did a quick review while I was there, and asked what I was looking for. I said a summer job that would carry over into the fall with a minimum of 15 hours a week and a max of 30 hours a week. After I was hired three days later I was told to expect an email. I waited one week, and it never came. I called, and they said they would fix it for me. It never came. I waited another week, and called back. Finally, they were able to send it. They scheduled me to come in three days later for orientation. I came in. It lasted an hour and a half, and I never got paid from it. I was constantly on call. Never once was I needed to come in. Finally, after being hired for over a month I got a four hour shift. I explained I've never worked retail, and the orientation was just about theft and a run down of the store. The manager gave me barely any tips, but kept coming up to me saying I had to do well because at the end of the summer they would have to cut people. I was told this was not seasonal in the beginning, and I had no clue what to do, to be doing well. The next week I had a 3 hour shift. Right before I left my house, I got a call saying they did not need me. The whole next week I had 0 hours or on calls. I finally put my two weeks in. In two months of being hired I worked a total of 4 hours, and was also never paid for my 1.5 hour orientation. I feel like I was only hired as an extreme back up. I had to constantly ask my father for help to pay rent because I was literally getting zero hours. I think the managers here are very disrespectful, and this was unprofessional to hire me and give me nothing.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California they took money for the report, but it was scam

I applied for the receptionist job through the company Pacsunrealty. I spoke with the rep, who told me that I was the best candidate. After that he asked me to pay $120 for the credit report, which they would need. I paid money and after that these ### vanished. I heard completely nothing from them. No news, no info and they simply ignored me. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

I saw the ad of the company www.pacsunrealty.info. I contacted the online chat agent, who provided the link. I clicked on it, and these jerks asked me to fill the form. After that they asked to indicate my card info. It was strange, so I stopped the process and closed the link. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California returns

I ordered $150 worth of stuff from this company. I returned the merchandise (not what I wanted, didn't fit, etc..) and used their "smart label" return system. Well, not so smart because two weeks later and they (a little foreign lady named "Nell") tells me "it's not in our system, call the carrier"..well smarty pants.. I can't call the carrier cuz I used your stupid smart label and I have nothing to reference other than a huge long string of numbers that are only tied to your stupid store. So now what. "Well ma'am it could take a month or more".. A month or more? This package is only going two states away from me?! How could it not have been received yet? Well, call your post office ma'am. Again, I explain there is nothing I can give them to track this as it does not have USPS tracking info, only PACSUN tracking info. SO basically, looks like I am screwed out of $150 due to this c****y company scamming people. I will file a BBB complaint, but not sure it will do any good. Horrible! Never, ever again will I shop PACSUN or any of it's affiliates. Ever!

ABoomer, what is the manufacturer on the label? The wash and care instructions are on the label, and most colors, especially if they are dark or bright will run the first time you wash it. You also have to use the proper detergent. Contact the manufacturer for a refund or exchange. PacSun is a seller, not a manufacturer and they are not required to take returns.

You did not take a photo or write down the tracking number off the return label they sent you? Most online returns do not go to the same place as the product ships from, and yes, it can take a month for the return to be received, accepted, logged, and refunded. I am sure you realize that you are not the only customer they have. They probably process 1/3 of the sales they do weekly as returns. There are literally thousands of sales every week online from all across the country.

bought a dress from PacSun - washed it and the color bled and zipper broke - please read their return policy - they only give store credit even though I had the receipt and tags. Nice way to stand behind the products they sell. Won't be shopping there anymore

My son and was shopping for a coat we had no help we were looking at coats when a worker came over and put a ladder right in our way she was going up the ladder to put up a display.my son was just talking to her.she toll us we might need to move.My son told her not to fall.she said i want.My son was just playing with her he said if she falls he would help.she said I dont need your help, RUDE dont you think I spend lots of Money in your store.I live in Gatlinburg TN. I ordered 4 shirts online on December 8 for Christmas. They were supposed to be here 7-10 days. On day 10 when they did not arrive, we were told it was because of an ice storm in the midwest and they would NOT arrive in time for Christmas. Ok, wasn't happy, but what do you do? PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California bad service

Me and my family have been shopping at Pac Sun in Huntsville for about 6 years and the service was awsome made us feel at home everytime we come in . The past couple of moths have been a change for the worse . My son has over heard in appropriate talk between the Manager and associates . I think there was a Management change due to we dont see the person that usually helped us in the past . The store has been hard to shopp, things are so messy and out of place, we used to compliment how neat it used to be . There was one employee that was rude, older gentelman with a goatee, maybe a member of management, he just didnt want to help my son and felt as if we were bothering him . I will no longer be shopping in this store and will probly be purchasing my items online more now . I just wanted to express my thoughts, and feel that noone should have to experience bad service or have to deal with rude behavior and language when entering a store to shopp.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California confusing sale

I wish I had proof photos for this one because it really ticks me off. If someone knows why this is please tell me. The other day I was mall-hopping with some friends and we stopped at two malls, The Flatiron Malls and the Colorado Mills Mall. When I went to the Flatirons mall, we were walking through kind of speedy so I didnt really get a chance to browse but I remember walking by the Pac Sun there and seeing signs advertising "Jeans buy one get one FREE." Since I knew we were going to Colorado Mills, I made a mental note to go look around at the Pac Sun there because thats a really good sale. When we got to the Colorado Mills Pac Sun, I was surprised to walk in and see that there signs were advertising jeans at "Buy one get one HALF OFF." So why the different sales at different malls? I can find no reason for this really other than one mall is fancier and more upscale than the other but even then it makes no sense.
