I used the above company services to move my household effects from bangalore to UK. And they quoted me Rs 150839.00 (invoice dated 6th December no PM/RS/B/243/2005 for 14 cbm volume. And I negotiated with the above person and brought down the money to 115000 ( for 11 cbm) and i gave them the whole money (issued via cheque) and they picked up my goods and it was stored in their godown for shipment. And i left India on 26th december to UK and on 27th i recieved a mail from them that i had to pay more around 50 K if i have to ship things. As i am not in India, i cant speak to them in person and they are not picking up phones even after i tried so many times. Now they are telling me that they quoted wrongly instead of pounds they are telling they had quoted in dollars..so the price increase..but i know its not the case as i had moved household effects previously and all the prices are quoted in US dollars (internationally recognised) and not as Rajeev is telling.
And when i told them that i was not interested to use their services, they are not willing to return my money in the full.
