they scanned tix 2 times so i was forced to wait an hr for owner to come and cash tix. would not let me take tix to a other place.they said i either had to come back in a hour or wait. i had to wait cause i live an hr away. this retailer should not be able to sell lottery tix amd trap a person into having wait for money. personel here are incompitent as well as owner

I have a problem with the wild ball

I think the wild ball isnt wild at all = its very misleading the public

I thought wild ball number can replace any number that came out on the lottery (Day/night) numbers.

Ex: I played 2360 (Evening of sept. 30th) with the wild ball.

The number came out 6321 - (Wild ball 2)

I thought I won. But they say I did not. Im confused? And so are a lot of people. Wild should mean it can change to anything, but thats not the case I see.
My opinion and a lot of other peoples are you need to change the name to (Facticious wild) meaning not wild ficticious = you cannot call a number wild and change the rules of the word wild. Its very misleading, the lottery has made its own interpretation of wild = not the dictionary version. N
The public does not like this version of wild. Please give it another name or either discontinue the wild balls. Fake...

Hi so I know what you pay out In scratch offs and it's sad how you can make as much money as you want but at the same time rob us. You have 9 losing 20 dollar tickets In a row! That's making people like myself sick. I don't need to hear about 1800 gamble. You should Atleast give out more tickets to win your money back. Now my main concern is I have a buddy who tells me parx casino has all there machines rigged. So I'm sure the PA lottery knows exactly which numbers that haven't been played on the powerball and every other game. Every time there's a big winner it's in the middle of know where. My question is do you pick out of a hat for the location of the winner or what is it? Because it's rediculois. I'm sure you don't have these answers but maybe you can ask the boss. And don't tell me everyone's odds are the same that's BS.

My husband bought me a $1 scratch off ticket, in order to win you need 3 like amounts. I got 3 $10, I went to cash it in and the machine only registered a winning of $9. It was at Gas N Go located at 301 Euclid Ave Canonsburg PA 15317. It happened a few months back but with cashibg in multiple tickets and was harder to tell. I just feel as if they do it daily how much do they scam off people or is the machine malfunctioning.

I put 400 in the machine last night and I come back to play today and the guy working at the Charleroi sunco was playing the machine while working. 4:15pm was the time. July 13th. They know the machines have to pay out a percentage and can see no one was paid so they played. That's cheating and I want my money back! Please review their security cameras and you will see. This definitely has to be illegal.

On sunday july 2nd I bought a hot number ticket at the lottery news &tobacco store in hopewell shopping center, I had checked my ticket it said I won $500. I told the guy at the counter I won that amount he ask which ticket I hit on, but when I turned it in he said I lost, I know he switched tickets on me because the numbers were different. The persons name is pat. Makes me sick to think he ripped me off.

I was there and had a spanish family in front of me while the mother was off to the side scratching off tickets her two children which couldn't of been older then 10 and 5 y/o are taking money out and putting it into the machine and playing tickets while the mother stood there and allowed this to happen and worse landhope allowed this to happen while saying nothing and doing nothing. Other customers were thinking and saying the same thing that i was and find this type of behavior unacceptable and irresponsible this occured on the 7th of may at sometime between 6:00 and 7:00 sorry for my grammar and punctuation i'm a little upset by this while having to wait in line behind 2 young children for a service that requires you to be 18 and older

On April 7th I went to Sunoco on 46th and Walnut in Philadelphia o play my usual Cash5 and Pick6 lottos. I bought a Piggy Bank Bucks Fast Play. I bought 2 no luck I bought a 3rd one which was a free ticket the cashier looked at the free ticket that printed then proceeded to act like something was wrong with the machine. She then stapled 2 tickets together and printed another. Now when I go to the 7-11 on 42nd and Walnut they print it don't even look and the paper that prints if I win a couole of dollars is not the same size as the Fast Play slip. This occurred between 6:40pm and 6:50pm

I have written to several organization because the Pick 2 with the Wild Ball appears to be a scam. The advertising states that their will be more winners but when you view the statistics of each drawing, there are less than 140 winners Statewide for the day and/or evening drawing. There are more than 300 retailers in PA with at least a thousand players and only 140 winners with the wild ball is absurd. If the pick 2 winning is 26, wild ball 8. The PA lottery should payout money for the following: 26, 86 and 28. If your number is 27 with a wild ball, then the lottery should payout for 27, 87 and 28 but after you scan your ticket at the terminal machine states that you are a non-winner. This is potentially fraud. There are less winners with the wild ball play, not more. The are taking the extra bet but not paying out. I have written to PA lottery office via email and they never responded. Please help unsuspecting players.

I had 2 + the mega and only collected A dollar? I know the kid rips people off so it was my turn. It's the 7-11 on Rte 1 in Penndel, PA. The owners sin is the one who does it. Thinks he's slick. Maybe it's because he just had a kid and has too much debt. But I'm done buying my lottery. Not when this stuff happens. Can't trust and it's a big woop tee do for the state to enforce. They don't care either. PA lottery is in the dump.

The Pa lottery commercial "happy holidays Rita" has become more and more of an annoyance over the years. I wouldn't doubt if the majority of the people in the commercial are not alive anymore. This commercial has been airing every year since before my high school senior grandson was born. I turn the channel or mute the broadcast. i assure you I am not the only who has this feeling. I have been at gatherings where the sound was muted with no encouragement from me. Your beating a dead horse with this advertising. I know this is the wrong venue for this expression, but there are few options on the internet.

Why is it that when playing Quinto your dollar box is only good for five digits and not four digits.I think the dollar box should also be good for the other winning combinations not just the five digits. I played Quinto today and got all four of five numbers in a box and didnt win CRAP ! I think the dollar box should be for the five, four, three and two digits in the Quinto.Its a bit of a rip off to me.
