We have found so many complaints on this law firm I believe this is enough to begin a class action law suit and call the attorney general, about insurance fraud and the same for Albany Hospital. I cant believe how rude these people are and their lack of care No one cares about correcting bills, or resubmitting the bills who have insurance. They just want to destroy people credit and/ or collect the money more then once. Frauds..
I couldn't agree more. My bill is from someone else but I was just called ignorant on the phone by someone there because they refuse to send me information on my accounts so I can get the statements from this date of service I owe.
I've never been treated so rudely in my life. This is a medical bill that was never submitted through my insurance and they act like you are a ### for having an account with them.
