Dear friends.. I registered myself with overseas advisor with 58000 initial amount. After that they were asked me send all the documents required. After submitting everything to start the process again they asking me to pay full amount of 40000 rupees, I paid even that too. After the payment within 2 days there is no any calls or emails from them. There is no response for my calls and emails.. it's totally cheated. They loot all my money nearly 1 lack rupees.. they didn't return any single from my money.. please be aware of such kind of consultant.

They are only cheating with unemployed peoples. They manipulate fake job interview and latters yesterday I filed fir against them under 420 section. After that I went to their office with cops they simply kick us out and demand for court prmission or legal docoment. On monday after submitting proof and email telephone records with police cops from Kalkaji police station I am going to stand against them legally.

The sales executives call people and say that for your Profile wise, we have openings in Countries like (Canada, Europe, Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore etc.) and tell people about a process which is following.
1. Process will start with Quality Assessment Test, Eligibility test to check that particular person is eligible to work in that respective country or not and fake report is prepared and for that they charge RS3000/- to 5000/-
and report is prepared within 2 working Days and sales team says this money is 100% refundable if Report come negative.
But not a single report will come negative.
2. After their report come positive then one fake Telephonic Interview is scheduled, by International SIM, in Client's hand phone, it shows that Country phone number. After that call they send a email to client mentioning a very good salary package and push them for Documentation and on very beginning inform clients, their Interview will be Two rounds
(First telephonic and Second through Skype).
Documentation fees for Example, Dubai, Malaysia and Singapore RS60, 000/- to 80, 000/-
After client submit this fees then they used to get Legal Agreement and Check list for Documents, you can check the check list also fake.
3. After check list then Ms.Amandeep comes into picture as Documentation Incharge and she will not pick client's phone or not reply their Email.
If by chance any client submit all documents then they will ask for Visa filing Fees.
For Dubai: INR40, 000/-
For Singapore: 30, 000/-
For Malaysia : INR25, 000/-
Like this and after submission this fees in third phase then clients are told that you will get an Number from Embassy and their Skype Interview is suppose to held based on this Number. After some months later they get Email mentioning their file got rejection from Embassy.

This consultancy lured me by providing me a job in abroad & asked me to deposit an amount of Rs2500.When I submitted my documents & deposited the amount in ICICI bank account provided by them, they asked me that you are selected for New Zealand & asked to deposit more money nearly an amount of Rs 60000 but I refused to pay as earlier they were asking for Rs 2500 only & now demanding more money.I asked for the refund of Rs 2500 but they refused & asked to forget it.

I took their service to get Canadian Visa and after taking my money they stopped communicating with me. They don't pick up my calls, respond to my emails. I called from some other number and then they picked the call but immediate after saying my name and asking on status they cut the call. How should I take action against them?
