Like all the other complaints I signed up for $5 for 2 coffee mugs and a sample of coffee. They immediately charged my account 38.85, which I didn't see on my statement for a month. in the meantime I received another shipment of 4 bags of coffee. I called their customer service and she said it was probably a mistake from what she could determine and that I should just enjoy the free coffee. The enxt week I received 8 more bags of coffee, and when I contacted them they told me I was signed up for aut0matic shipments, which I had NOT signed up for. She said she would immediately credit my account and cancel the account. It is 3 weeks later and I have enough coffee to feed the state and they charged me over 150.00. I have once again contacted customer service and told them I would refuse any further deliveries. The sad thing is that their coffee is WONDERFUL and I would buy it, but not in these insane amounts!!! Beware of their tactics and customer non-service.
