IN MAY I ORDERED A CD FROM FEDGRANTUSA.COM AND WAS CHARGED JUST $1.95 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. I FOUND A SECOND CHARGE OF $39.95 PLUS $7.95 FROM PROFITGGL. I HAVE ALREADY RETURNED THE CD OVER TWO WEEKS AGO. I WANT A REFUND FOR ALL CHARGES TO MY DEBIT CARD.

What this company had done is called the "Dangling Carrot" market technique. ALWAYS set on your calendar the day to cancel a free trial subscription or YOU will be charged per their agreement and there is nothing you can do about it with your credit card bank provider.
