i have tried to contact consumerbill.com from jan. this year till now to tell tham to stop the withdraws from my bank but thay will not call me back the bank called still no responce we need a class action law sute

I am getting charge out of my checking account every month. I don't know what it is being charge. I have no clue what this is about. I call the number no one answers !! What else can I do about this company overdrawing my account. I want my money back in my checking account all the amounts that been charge. No excuse. Without me being contact or knowing what's going on with this stupid company!!! I will file a dispute if I don't get my money back !!

Greg is correct. The only way to stop it is to close your account and open a new one. I am closing mine tomorrow. It sucks, but that is what my bank recommended me to do. I initially saw the $19.95 charge on 09/09/08, I called and filed a claim with the Loss Management Department of my bank. They refunded me the money and it hit my account on the 12th. THEN, I see where on the 16th, this same company turned around and charged me $39.95. I called my bank today and they said close it. Since finding out about the $39.95 charge, I started Googleing this company and found where some are charged several times a day and incurr NUMEROUS overdraft fees. Please just protect yourself and close your account. I know it is a HUGE inconvenience, but better be safe than sorry!!
