Over charges

I know I have the same complaint as everyone else has with PosterPass. However, I didn't know that it was supposed to be a subscription though. I just thought this was a one-time "deal". Boy was I wrong. Not only did they overcharge me on a $2.00 poster deal, but the kept charging me for posters I didn't order. When I called to confront them about the extra charges, I was then told that they were subscription offers only. I was then told that if I send the future orders back, my money would be returned to my checking account.
However, did you notice that there is not email address for contact information? Only a toll number and snail mail address. I actually wonder if they will do as they say and reimburse my money for posters that have not arrived yet, but was billed for.
I hope there is someone out there who can help me with this problem and/or shut down PosterPass.
